If anything they should've just done cherry and nightmoth in special packaging like they did with MM (still lame) and released RRW and TTT under different names in the PLW collection. Those colours are needed perm in that formula anyway, so that would've been the smarter move. Then again we are talking about MAC here, so...

Agreed! I forgot about that mid tone orange lipstick in this collection. I need to see how frosty it is to know if I should skip. TTT is the kind of color I think is gorgeous but not so much on me. I feel like dark lip colors make me look older. Probably all in my head, but yeah.

Yeah I get the same feeling too, that dark lipsticks make me look older! They do say that's true though, so it isn't only in our heads, lol!

The only thing I'm interested in as of now are the 2 quads & the CCB. Of course that's subject to change....

i feel like Hayley Williams drew the short stick on MAC collections this year.
Anyone remember her collection from April (online only)?

Her launch was really nice, and all the products were really good, but RiRi gets all the hype and just about a million collections. I feel like MAC should take a break from RiRi, and go back to Hayley. She could do some really cool MSFs. Maybe some based on her fab hair? Lol.

I wish they had done the Riri signature on the rosé gold packaging and the light pink R on the white packaging( if the holiday is really gonna be white!) Both together is too much but I am sure I will be buying more than I think lol. Hopefully by the time this comes out we will have a little more info about the holiday and winter collections so I can decide if I really want that much riri stuff lol. Wonder how WTC will compare to Innocence from glamourdaze.... how much are the plwlp normally? it's been awhile since I bought one

Yes the Hayley products were nice and unique, but she didn't make MAC as much money. It doesn't make any business sense to go back to her when RiRi's stuff is selling through.

Plus RiRi is clearly the bigger star. As such she deserves the bigger contract. Most people had no clue who Hayley was/is.

You two should have been here when Miss Piggy collection came out. Talk about a downer! This one was far better in comparison but they could also have done more of a Beth Ditto thing. But that's another story right there.
