It isn't like MAC's customer service has ever really been their selling point anyway -_- Did I mention? I spoke to a supervisor this morning, and I was told my 2 rrbs would be overnighted (which is true, HOPEFULLY NOTHING HAPPENS tomorrow), and the 2 incorrect orders of ririwoos reinstated because it shows that i paid for 2 rrws even though it was always rrb (I don't get it, I don't care to understand how a rep charges 2 rrws despite my lengthy order history showing RIRIBOYS...). She said she would cancel the intercepted package of the order, yet UPS has not shown an interception. Yesterday, my packages were intercepted IMMEDIATELY. Time to waste more time on the phone to find out MAC fucked up again and there is another issue. I'm going to have blood pressure issues because of MAC.
