Finally got my black box!!!!

I got 2 pro palettes (double), 2 blush inserts and 2 eyeshadow inserts! !

Hey girls dont know if you are aware, but MAC just went down on their palette prices!! Double and single stacks are $8 and ANY insert is $2!!!!!! Pro discount does apply to even lower them more!!! Pan Shadows have also went down to $10!!!!

My palettes came too can't wait to put my blush inserts in. I'm going to fill my other duo palette I ordered with the new sugarpill eyeshadows when they come out and makeup geek eyeshadows when I go to imats in LA in 2014

Hey Im not sure if you girls know that MAC have went down in price on their palettes!! ANY SIZE palette is $8 and inserts are only $2!! MAC pan shadows are now only $10!!!!

Sucks that they are sold out of the duo. I'm going to my pro store tomorrow to scoop another duo and get an adjustment on the first one I purchased less then 30 days ago lol

My order arrived today. 3 singles (have a double already and not thrilled with it for kit use), 2 12-well inserts, and 2 shadow inserts. Although I'm not a huge fan of the palettes (wish they had the magnetic strength of a Z-palette or even the death grip of Inglot's Freedom Palette lol) it was hard to pass up on getting them for cheap. Ernie, how do you feel about MAC's inserts for lipsticks? I got 2 because they were $1.20 each so I figured if they sucked no big deal.

:agree: Yeah i decided to forgo the z palettes and stick with these guys for my kit (why spend $20 after discount on z palettes when i can get these even cheaper now?). Still not a fan but i guess they'll do. I love the 24-wells for lipsticks! HATE them in the duo palette tho! The dividers gets stuck on the lipsticks and i can't flip it over, so the doubles with be used for blush and shadows, and i will use singles for the lipsticks. I have the 12-well for the paint sticks (they're too big for the lipsticks tho). I'm not a fan of the duos in general either, but i already have them, so i gotta use em. I don't get why the price is the same tho. They should be more expensive than the singles. That's just dumb on mac's part on a business standpoint.

See I went with the 12 well because the 24 looked too shallow. Wasn't expecting the 12 to be so deep and angled though. I might have to order the 24 well (or road trip to Atl) instead. Just looked like the 24 wasn't deep enough lol. And I agree...although it's great that the prices were dropped dramatically it's insane that all palettes are the same price (even the quads). I wonder if this is a massive sell-off to make room for improved palettes in the future.
