I bought layin low today. Idk why since i sold my layin low from the fafi version. I think imma just return it. I swatched them all in person and i wasnt wowed. Camel coat was such a disappointment when i swatched it. Smh

I remember i got like 4 of the zoom lash samples back in 2009 lol. And i got the sample now when i ordered my indian ink shadow. I will say the sample before was better only because it really looked like a mini zoom lash. It was the one they sell in their holiday collection i believe when it comes in a set. The one now is like how all the mascara samples are coming now. Like a tiny toothpaste lol

I'm heading out for lunch and some errands right now, but I'll post swatches of everything when i get back. It's a mix of blackberry and haux, a slightly lighter version of maveless PLW shadow. Definitely NOT ugly! Perfect for fall!

I got Camel Coat and another package the hubby just dropped off to me. It must be my Retro Matte lippies. I'm going to open and swatch as soon as I finish lunch.

So..... it's 'taupe'. I wanted more beige. More 'yellow' in it. Not sure yet if I'll keep it or not. I had been meaning for some time to pick up Maybelline's Tattoo in Tough As Taupe so I'm wondering how these compare. Anyone have both that can make the comparison? I MIGHT be able to do something with this but I'm gonna have to meditate on it for a bit.

This is pretty as an eyeshadow but a base...hmm.

Layin low was my only item from dis collection thus far. I have perky and I wanna see the rest irl. They sound like even swatches may not predict how they will turn out in vivo.

I think I want Stormy Pink and Layin Low.

I keep thinking I can use CC as a shadow and smoke it out with a matte black shadow and a nude lip. I might try it tomorrow because I'm still wondering if I want to keep it. I don't have much if any taupeish eye colored products though.

I am sad that they're calling clearwater a seafoam green tho, cuz there's no green in it whatsoever :nope: It's straight up light blue.
