Are a lot of you ladies going to the Mac counter tomorrow......or waiting? I'm so on the fence about it. I'm on the list for the preview at 9am (they don't open till 10am) but when I called she said the list is 3 pages long! I was thinking of getting there at around 8:30am, it's gonna be released in so many places I'm not sure if it's worth being there so early & deal with possibly a crowd.

On sept 30, it'll be noon (if they launch at noon) EST, not PST.

Well, this whole thing's been weird and I'm not surprised folks are getting mixed info from their stores.

I was talking to my store's manager and they only got their shipment of TTT lipstick and pencil an hour ago - they still don't have Diamonds in. AND they're a store that's set to launch it tomorrow.

I'm just going to get TTT lipstick/pencil and Diamonds (whenever that shows up) and keep my life simple.

There will be other collections I'm going to fiend on drastically anyhow.

I'm more worried about the traffic I stay an hour away and its always crazy getting into Houston in the morning.

The lady at The Village said that they will be letting a limited number of people in at a time (15-20) and it will be first in first served. She suggested being there at least 45 minutes early and they are expecting a line. And of course 1 of each product only.

So, employees will not be able to order items during the online release using their discount? They did it for the Archie's Girls and that was special packaging. Is it just because this is high demand?

I don't recall anyone saying employees couldn't order online using their discount. Now at a physical store they cannot purchase with a discount.

I have a sinking feeling I'm going to miss out. Maybe it's my constant paranoia, but I just hate trying to beat people to something. I'll have to get up with the sun and wait around in the mall like a moron. The thirst is real.

In my case I will for sure miss out since I won't be there until after 11 and swatching is really all I want to do unless I can purchase. But in your case I'd be a nervous wreck too, waking up all early and stalking a store. This isn't the newest game and we are all in some long ass line outside of Game Stop or Best Buy, but they sure want the same reaction out of us -_-

The thing is I'll be pissed either way. If I get there at like 9:15 and I'm the only one and only 2 or 3 others show up just before 10 I look like a loser. If I show up just before 10 and there's several people ahead of me and I miss out I'll be pissed. There's just no way to tell. I could always count on getting my stuff from my local Mac store, but it always sticks out in my mind how the last time Heroine came out it was gone by the time I got there at 10:15. Just 2 or 3 people got there first and bought all they had. I'm just going to have to make myself out to be a creep to the employees tomorrow morning. Hopefully, the manager will be there because he knows me and he won't judge me too hard.

I'm debating if I should send my hubby to the MAC store for me to get what I want, or go into work later tomorrow and make up the hours later. I'm talking to him about this now and he is shaking his head...lol. He is so use to going to the MAC store for me so u know he'll be fine. But I really want to look at it first.
