The waiting room automatically refreshes the page for you. It says not to do it yourself although I accidentally did it once and it didn't seem to affect things for me. I still waited around another 15 min to check out after that accidental click and after having already logged 90 min of wait time. It is the most ridiculous online purchasing system I've seen. It ranks up there with the futility/frustration of trying to buy tickets to a Mumford & Sons concert.

Mac will be balling having people wait for hours and no pro they trippin lol

I would think so too. My boyfriend can see the transaction in his account but they haven't sent it out. It was done last night and it says the recipient should receive it within hours...

So the site is going slow, and yesterday I could type in TTT and get sent to RRW's page but now it sends me back to the homepage. They must be doing something.

I noticed that as well yesterday I could type in riri and get brought to the lipstick page now like you said I get sent back to the home page

I still haven't gotten my Egift card from MAC in my e-mail and i'm planning to use it tomorrow...Does anyone have experience with how long it takes them to send an Egift card out? 

My experience with them sending out and receiving them has always been within 30mins ...... Maybe if it was done on the weekend it's taking longer?? Hope everything works it's self out

I have gone back and forth or this collection sonce the summer collection released. I went from wanting everything to only 3 things Ttt l/p Ttt l/se Nude l/s I keep going back and forth on the eyeshadow quad in cocoa and the 187se. I read reviews that said they weren't all that great

That's what happened the last time I got one too. It took a little while. It should be available for use by the time this collection goes live though. Good luck!

Thanks for the welcome guys! Honestly for the Summer Collection I only had a 15 min wait but like as soon as 12:00 PM hit i refreshed that page so fast and placed my orders...

You got really lucky! Overall I think the first release was the best. Of course it would be only one product was available lol.

That's what i was thinking too. I just called to make sure everything was okay and the lady said there was some confusion but because I called they finally processed it and said I should receive it within 24 hours.  Yay!!! Glad you figured it all out

Left side of my hand is brown part, middle is pink part, right side is diamonds (all are blended applied with a brush and diamonds applied by fingers)

Apparently Diamonds is lovely being applied using a Duo Fiber brush.
