lol i feel you, i'm very pissed off because i honestly only wanted the Talk that Talk lippie and after having it in my bag the first time I got in, then to go through the motions to get in again only to have it sold out on me, this requires a flask!

I got on the MAC site at 8:30 Pacific/11:30 Eastern Time, signed in... and waited... opened a new screen a few minutes past 9 Pacific/12 Eastern Time to get the refreshing screen... so depending on how one counts time, i've been here for about 3 hours, or 2 hours & 15 min. And still waiting...

I was on by like 11:5 but it doesn't count till you get into the waiting room. I couldn't get in the waiting room till 12:02. I issued chrome, safari, Firefox and my phone. Safari on my computer was the first and only one to get me to check out and I couldn't add the face items. This happened 2 hours later. My phone and chrome still haven't left the waiting room.

Thanks. That just sounds too random. Seems there are still issues with how things are run from the MAC end. I hope you got something you wanted.

Wow. Just wow. Now I remember why I wasn't ordering online anymore. Remember the basket that disappeared? Well I just got a confirmation email for the order. We'll see if I actually get what I ordered which was TTT and RRW PLWP, RRW gloss and Diamonds CCB. I have a wonderful friend who works for MAC at my favorite Nordies who will help me out with what I don't get.

I know exactly what you mean! I feel so unproductive and mad at the time I've wasted on getting the things i did get. sigh! have an extra shot for me! I'll have to wait til I get home, I'm currently at work, mourning the loss of my TTT lol hope Nordstrom or Macy's has it on Thursday,

I'll be on their sites either way first thing Thursday!

So after 3 hours of waiting, the only thing I managed to get was TTT lip liner. It was the only other thing I wanted besides TTT lipstick and the BGGG blush. I'll just pick the rest up at Nordies & if I wasn't trying to use a gift card, I would have been left that stupid ass waiting room. Never again will I do this waiting room thing bc this was too ridiculous. I should have learned my lesson from the summer launch!
