Is this the I'm irritated thread?

I know I had TTT liner in my order but it's not in my confirmation email. I'm sure because my total was higher. They should at least say there was an error or something and it was out of stock but no notice at all. I kind of want to cancel altogether.

One good thing about backorders is the fact that they mean a restock is most likely going to happen....

Agree. That's why I'm not totally freaking out and I'm hoping we'll be able to use the discount

It must have poofed right at checkout. Nude did the same thing with one of my orders.

I think my products will arrive this afternoon - they usually ship same day when I order early by phone. If the warehouse is a zoo, it might be tomorrow. Can't wait to try Diamonds.

Really? I live close to the warehouse and it's always at least 2 business days before I get a shipping notice. Also, they always send a larger than necessary box... Not that it matters if you get free shipping, but sometimes I just wonder if that could be streamlined into an Amazon-type cardboard sleeve if you don't have too many wide products.

The lipsticks and lip liners on the MAC site are not saying sold out but no options to it in the bag. I think they're definitely going to restock.

i ordered HK right before it sold out. maybe 20 min. but in mac time i ordered it when it sold out LOL so i feel like im going to get a backorder notice.

I just posted this in the nail polish thread, but thought I'd share this here, too. I've been reorganizing my stash as I've mentioned before. Here's my new lipstick and lip pencil storage. The white drawers are for storing my polish.




My MAC lipstick container. 6 main compartments divided by color. Each compartment holds 20 lipsticks. The bottom left compartment is my purple section. You can see that I only have 2 spaces left in that section. I didn't want to give one of those spots to Talk That Talk since I already have 4 deep purple MAC lipsticks. That doesn't include deep purples I have in other brands.




Other brand lipstick container - Chanel, YSL, NARS, Revlon, and OCC Liptars. I don't want to grow beyond these 2 containers for my lipsticks. If a section is full, I'll have to go in and remove a color before adding a new one. Now I'm forced to be really picky when deciding to buy a color or not.

The package didn't come today - it will probably be tomorrow unless it gets here in the next 1/2 hour. I always get the packages the day after they leave and most phone orders are done same day. Things were crazy yesterday so the package might only have left today. I'll have to be patient for a whole 24 hours...

You're lucky! hope it gets to you soon. I'm ok with mine not coming for a couple days as I'm gonna be stuck at appts all day tomorrow.

I think I may just end up skipping this collection all together. Too many dupeable shades and while the packaging is pretty, it's not enough to make me want to hunt any of these items down. I may consider getting the RRW lip pencil and gloss if available, but other than that I am perfectly happy with my Heaux, RRW and RRB from the Summer line. I'll skip this and perhaps wait and see what the MAC Holiday collections come out with.
