I think I have a MAC issue LOL like I went to my store in Harlem on 125th to find out if they were getting a restock ( no hints :( ) and I ended up buying VG 1 & a Burgundy lip pencil for my deep red fall look to satisfy my not getting all my RiRi stuff *crosses fingers for tomorrow for TTT l/s*
They don't be having anything. You better off hitting up Bloomie's or Macy's

I abhor drug references in pop music. That's what really sets me off. Not really any kind of displays of sexuality. It's not even about being a role model to me, it's just about how you're presenting yourself. I'm big on strangers not being role models. I just wouldn't dream of singing about doing drugs. That's just a hard line for me. I don't understand the party/drug culture that kids are so relaxed about these days. Do we need to bring DARE back? I feel like an old ass lady right now.
I said the same thing to my bff after little waynes last stint in the hospital. Maybe because I grew up watching the crack generation destroy themselves I have a real fear of drugs? I dont know but its clear these kids now arent scared by drugs at all. MAC is the only addictive thing I was stupid enough to get addicted to lol

Sex being used to sell music is as old as time. I don't mind it at all. In fact, I enjoy seeing women do their thing in their leotards and all that stuff. I just think there's a right and wrong way to do it and it's always nice if you feel the person doing it chooses to and doesn't have to in order to be successful. It's also nice when someone isn't being vulgar for the hell of it. When that happens it becomes old and tired and the real shock would be if they put their clothes back on and worried more about their actual music. There's too many singers nowadays that can't actually sing. So then what good are they? What will they do when they're 40 and they're stuck singing stuff like Pour it Up and all these other stripper anthems? Are we really going to be listening to this 15 years from now they way we can dust off records from the 80's? I think not.
Shiiid, that's about all I like to listen to nowadays anyway. LOL. I even go back further than that. LMBO! I hardly EVER listen to any of the stuff that's out today. I guess I'm old now.

:eek:hboy: I quit Madonna a good ten years ago. It's so sad to see her like this. A shell of herself. 80's Madonna would laugh at this Madonna.
I wasn't really ever into her. But at one of her concerts she was caught on tape asking if people had seen her friend Molly who was a trip to party with. I mean really?

OMG I feel your pain girl, that happened to me once, I ripped everyone a new one.  It's one thing if you're not there but another when they don't even try.  I actually saw the fool drive off and called right away. It didn't even update in their system right away as an attempt. LMAO, it's Ri what did you expect? Diamonds is fab, I definitely will be trying to get my hands on it tomorrow I am so happy I have TTT to be delivered tomorrow and FOD on backorder at Nordstrom.  Theses 2 colors are going to be fab for the Fall Congrats!!! I used to LOVE Madonna and now I look at her a feel sad remembering what she used to be. It's like she is desperately trying to cling on to what she was 20 years ago while still trying to seem fresh and in the now so to speak. I also don't like hearing and seeing drugs be glorified in modern society nowadays and seeing girls running around with their boobs and butts hanging out of their doll sized clothes thinking they look sexy. Young girls nowadays wouldn't know true womanly sexiness if it walked up and smacked them in the face. There's classy sexy and trashy sexy and I wish more knew the difference.
