MAC Divine Night Collection (October 17, 2013)

I have a feeling there is going to be a heavy frost/uber shimmer factor with the MSF's and perhaps the other two mineralize blushes we saw. Besides the MB that looks like Super Continental. If that is the case I can skip because I have so many shimmery MSF's I don't know what to do with them anymore haha. After a while you jusf get over the shimmer city stuff.

I'm most excited to see the blushe and lipstick swatches! Oh and the olive f/l I'm on a msf no buy for awhile. You only need a little bit. It will take a lifetime to get through the couple I do have.

Well I guess the "violet" blush is off my list...looks like a light golden brown without a hint of violet. Fail again, MAC.

i'm usually a huge blush fiend and msf fan, but i'm not particularly drawn to any of the MSFs or MBs in this collection. I feel they either won't suit my NC20 very warm skintone or I have something similar enough in my collection that I can give these ones a pass.

Really need to see some swatches for this collection! Surprisingly, I'm more drawn to the MEs this time!

Gilded Night- Bright gold with silver pearlized base/ Black with pearlized pigments
Captivating- Bright white gold base/ Deep gold
Exquisite Ego- Bronze base/ Soft white champagne
Tonight's Temptation- Black with pearlized base/ Royal blue
Past Midnight- Blackish purple with violet pearlized base/ White pink frost
Until Dawn- Soft gold base/ Purple Taupe

Mineralize Skinfinish

Perfectly Poised- Bronzey coral with golden tones/ Creamy beige with pinkish purple sheen
Scene to be Seen- Mauve with pink sheen/ Brick rose with gold reflects
Centre of Attention- Pastel peachy pink with fine pink shimmer/ 24 carat gold shimmer

Now that I've seen Centre of Attention i can skip it. It looks like crap! Possibly just a fluidline and that's it from this collection!

I am not feeling it either except lippies. That square design is just fuggly. /ducks thrown tomatoes

I hope they don't make all the MSFs with the giant square from now on, I doubt it will keep me from purchasing them, but I'm really partial to all the pretty swirls in the current ones.
