I've been seeing people talk about this collection. Now I'm in this thread to see the lipsticks. omg. That almost black red. It's a done deal. I am like, RiRi Who? I know where my money is going.

With You There, I love a retro Matt, I am just with you all in praying that the application is better than TTT, I have to leave an age for doing my make up on TTT days incase it throws a tantrum because my lips aren't up to scratch. Doesn't stop me though!

I am sure I read something about neons in this collection? Am I going mad? Or is it just these lipsticks and that terrible quad?

IIRC Magenta Madness pigment will be repromoted with this collection

Yes, True Chartreuse and Magenta Madness, the third one we don't know yet what it is.

THE FORMULA:   Cardio 5x weekly (SPIN bike 30 mins or 60mins) , tredmill sprints or jogging 35 mins. etc.  Then light weight training (3X WEEK)with high reps to burn fat. Example ; dumbell curls 10lbs and do 4 sets but 30 x each . plus rotation of stair steppin, abs etc. ....THEN DIET..STAY AWAY FROM : BREAD, RICE, ALL SWEETS (splenda , honey ok), CHEESE, NO GREASY FOOD, NO JUICES,SODA, ICE CREAM, ALL JUNK FOOD ..FOR 6MONTHS. JUST EAT lean meats(Turkey,chicken, fish,lean steak)..all veggies,salads, lite dressing,fruit (not too much banana's they make u fat), lots of water and ice teas ok, coffee ok, nuts, anything healthy:) WATCH YOUR FAT FALL OFF! LOL ...ALSO BUY U SOME GREEN POWDER I DRINK CALLED ( green vibrance ) its a supplement for greens veggies and all kinds of energy stuff. a cup a day mix with water) VITAMINSHOPPE.COM..Look it up.  yes, its nasty ..i hold my nose...drink it before i workout.  just my tips! :) GOOD LUCK

I need to lose weight, let me be honest. I think I could give up everything, but the cheese. I am a cheese-a-holic. I love veggies and fruits. I don't drink soda and have limited my cranberry juice intake. My sweet tooth needs to be changed tho.  I'll have to re-evaluate my diet and workouts, but after my birthday vacation. I am allowing myself (yes, again) to go off track for my birthday[/COLOR]:whistle: [COLOR=0000CD]and then after, get back into it...I hope.[/COLOR]:flower:
This is all pretty much I did when I did the South Beach Diet. SBD is supposed to be a lifestyle and when I stuck to it, it worked. But, unfortunately, I wasn't disciplined enough. :(  
Hey fellow specktra ladies, wouldn't it be a good idea to make like a fitness support group for all of us ladies that want to shed some weight off?

Lol I didn't put myself on a no buying but I did say no more hoarding. Here I am planning to buy more lippies that won't make my everyday routine lol
