YEAH ..you can do it. THE FORMULA: Cardio 5x weekly (SPIN bike 30 mins or 60mins) , tredmill sprints or jogging 35 mins. etc. Then light weight training (3X WEEK)with high reps to burn fat. Example ; dumbell curls 10lbs and do 4 sets but 30 x each . plus rotation of stair steppin, abs etc. ....THEN DIET..STAY AWAY FROM : BREAD, RICE, ALL SWEETS (splenda , honey ok), CHEESE, NO GREASY FOOD, NO JUICES,SODA, ICE CREAM, ALL JUNK FOOD ..FOR 6MONTHS. JUST EAT lean meats(Turkey,chicken, fish,lean steak)..all veggies,salads, lite dressing,fruit (not too much banana's they make u fat), lots of water and ice teas ok, coffee ok, nuts, anything healthy
