I feel you. I just grabbed the last Private Party lipstick from Nordstroms yesterday. What lip liner do you wear it with?

OMG. I can't believe I found the MAC Talk That Talk lip liner at Belks online. I wish I could have grabbed the lipstick. Congrats to those of you out there that did.

But the thing is, she's not a "tourist" and didn't do it unknowingly. She knew full well it would push the envelope, and push buttons, and she didn't care. There's no way that not a single person in her camp would get there for the shoot and not know that what they were doing/saying/wearing wasn't right culturally or religiously. She cocky and just doesn't give a shit.
I agree with erine, she was in a sacred part of the mosque trying to put on a photo shoot, i feel it was very disrespectful and she knew what she was doing.

Maybe she didn't know. I think that whomever planned the shoot is more at fault than she is. JMO. Still do not care much for her but I do not place all the blame with her because usually people like her just show up and are clueless.

Yes her people should have said something but I think she should at least have common knowledge that she was at a holy place, even if she is not muslim it is a holy place to Muslims.

Unfortunately, most people do not grasp that. I am sure when they booked it those things were explained but I am not sure it was passed down to her.

She's probably learning that a hijab is not a costume.

I saw the pictures, and while I think a few of her poses were a bit much, thousands of tourists take pictures of themselves at that mosque, or any other beautiful mosque. So taking pictures themselves is not the issue. She was also dressed appropriately for the location and looked positively stunning. I'm usually not one to defend Rihanna, but it's really not a big deal.

When the Mosque allowed her to come for a photo shoot what did they expect really? I mean after the fact they asked her to leave and they did. I think it is not as big a deal or as trashy as people make it out to be. Madonna's Like a Virgin video, intentional. This not so much.

The mosque did not know she was coming, nor did her people tell her who she was or what they were doing there. Link: http://m.nydailynews.com/1.1491658#bmb=1 Teachable moment -- don't do sexy poses at a mosque or they will throw your behind out.

From what I've read she showed up unannounced, at the wrong gate and without having it coordinated at all with Mosque management. I agree she looked beautiful and was dressed in what seems to be an appropriate manner, but I think the issue was also the red lipstick and provocative by THEIR standards poses that are the issue and show that maybe her people or whoever was in charge of the posing should of read up on the dos and don'ts a bit first. Do I think she was intentionally trying to offend? No, I just think it goes to show that someone in the RiRi tour camp didn't due their job properly.

But its even more terrible to taste!

Back OT, I love those eye palettes in theory but are we guessing the color payoff will suck monkey balls?
I was wondering the same thing. That gold around the shadows are enticing me to want them even though idk how they swatch hahaha

I think, luckily for my wallet, I'm only gunning for the makeup bag & brush! I really have gone wild lately and need to practice restraint especially at the holiday season!

Sorry if this was asked already but might anyone know or be able to guestimate what are the dimensions of the bag? I like the simplicity of the design but if I cant fit much in it, I think Im all set.

It's funny, when I saw those pics in her Insta, I just thought they were beautiful and I thought it was great that she was dressed appropriately. I really thought she was giving a nod to a beautiful culture. I truly don't think she meant any disrespect by it, but in hindsight it might appear to be a bit callous and/or offensive.
