PP, I am taking PMs for Glorify, FYI. I had traded my back up of Glorify and now I want another back up at retail value plus shipping fees etc or somewhat close to retail value. I do want an extra Glorify but not in a rush unless it presents itself to me sooner than I thought.

ITA. The old skool msf don't do it for me with the fishscale look but these are just lovely. Definitely Defined is my fave so far and I hope Fairly Precious will be like a warmer peach version of that.

No, I was kinda just thinking and typing. It's hard to know how much a highlight is supposed to stand out. Sometimes I can't see it so I add more and then oops, too much. Especially with EDSF.
I've got really dry skin, that can veer into looking lifeless if I've been short on sleep, so it's really easy for me to tell how much highlight is working. If I suddenly look refreshed and glowing, then I used enough.

Sometimes I want even more than that, of course, because it's disco space robot night, or something, but that's the general rule of thumb :D

I like the look of a slightly translucent blush on top of bare skin - any color from subtle to strong. This is why I love my MBs so much! I don't like them on top of any sort of base with more than the sheerest coverage, though. For that, the EDBs are my favorite. Standard powder blushes from MAC are very hit or miss for me, because if they're powdery, I'm not buying. I found them less metallic and more delicate looking too. They were pretty hard to accidentally overdo. I love the WOG/Superb/Glorify triumvirate too, though, because of that crazy sheen.  I've got really dry skin, that can veer into looking lifeless if I've been short on sleep, so it's really easy for me to tell how much highlight is working. Yes I am well covered for disco space robot night! I wish I dared to cruise bare skin so I could see this effect you described. The best I can do probably is to just spot apply foundation on my nose and cheeks to tey and see this effect with the E D stuff.

Yes I suppose I could spot apply base around my cheeks, but it's so much faster to just slap it all over in a quick buff. Plus, my pigmented areas happen to be in the cheek area so I'm usually concentrating foundation there to even out my skintone.

All of them... Honestly the only one I didn't like was WOG (or was it Superb, I confuse the two all the time) b/c it was a cool toned, white, champagne color, BUT that was just my opinion. It looked nice, just not what I wanted.
Thank you! I love WOG actually. But I'm curious about superb and Magnetic Appeal sounds heavenly!

Someone may have answered already, i'm 10 pages behind...

You have to use a Q-tip or something similar to work the out layer/coating off and then the blushes work fine.

I really liked it with the EDSF and ED Blushes. My usual go-to skinfinish/blush brush - MAC 188 - didn't pick up enough color. I don't like a lot of color, but i want to see what i'm putting on.

I also like the 235 for the ED e/s. It seems to get more out of the compact and onto the lid than my other e/s brushes.

And my list...

FOR TEST
Fairly Precious Extra Dimension Skinfinish - peach with dimensional pearly sheen (probably too warm for me)
Autoerotique Extra Dimension Blush - mid-tone coral rose (probably too strong for me)
Silver Dawn Extra Dimension Eyeshadows - mid-tone grey mauve

Sensual Sparks Lipstick - mid-tone cool caramel (Amplified Creme) (probably a skip)
Steel Kiss Lipglass - mid-tone mauve with green pearlized pigments (how can i resist green?)

MUST BUY
Chilled Fluidlines - frosted white gold
It's Physical Fluidlines - brown with purple pearlized pigments
Our Secret Fluidlines - metallic brown with red pearlized pigments

ALREADY HAVE
Superb Extra Dimension Skinfinish
At Dusk Extra Dimension Blush - mid-tone cool pink *

A Natural Flirt Extra Dimension Eyeshadows - iridescent light pink*
Sweet Heat Extra Dimension Eyeshadows - soft peach pink*

128 Brush Split Fibre Cheek (Natural/synthetic fibre)*
235 Split Fibre All Over Eye (Natural/synthetic fibre)*

So i want the 3 Fluidlines, one Lipglass, and maybe the ED e/s. Don't know about the EDSF or the ED Blush... Not a big haul. This stuff is nice, but i have quite a bit from the previous releases.

After all this talk of the ED Blushes from the last collection, I broke down and ordered At Dusk, Blazing Haute, Bareness and Flaming Chic. I resisted for some unknown reason, but I finally decided to just bite the bullet. I think I will really love them, I just really didn't need any more blush.

Definitely Defined and Shape The Future Skinfinishes are both available on Bloomingdale's website as well as all the ED blushes except At Dusk. I also noticed that the Tropical Taboo mineralized items are there as well. I am a bit suprised that Mac has repromoted both Whisper Of Gilt and Superb but not Glorify which was a part of the initial trio. Maybe in the future, who knows when it comes to Mac.

Ditto! I NEED a backup of Glorify. That thang there goes on like liquid gold goodness!
