That's strange. I would think with VIBR you would catalogues for sure. For me it seems like they send out catalogues in a seasonal manner, with products that are geared more towards spring/summer/fall/winter.

I feel like they used to send out more, as I remember back in 2006 and 2007 I would get them all the time. My guess is that they've moved a lot of the catalogue features online because it's cheaper

Thats true. I may be a minority but I much prefer print than online, I wish they would send out more print catalogues. But I understand its much cheaper to do it all online now!

I love the print catalogues too! I used to love flipping through them and looking at the looks that they put together and what products they used. They also used to have employee favorites, and I really enjoyed that. I always flip through an Ulta catalogue when I get it.

Glad I'm not alone! I actually hoard my catalogues, I didn't bring them up with me to college but they're definitely back home. When I go back home I'll whip them out to go through them again.

I guess we'll have to wait till sb gets their mail to know. There's so much more VIBs than VIBRs, so naturally the chance of some VIBs receiving early mail would be much higher.

I'm glad you mentioned this. I needed to change my mailing address too. It's weird though. I did receive my birthday postcard in the mail at my new address. Hmmm...

I'm trying to remember where I've had my Sephora mail delivered in the past year. I don't live far from my parents, so sometimes they give me my mail if it goes to them instead of to my apartment. I have a few things I'm definitely going to get...right now it's narrowed down to Too Faced A Few of My Favorite Things, Hourglass Ambient Brush, Hourglass Ambient Powder in Diffused, L'Occtaine Hand Cream in Rose Petals, and maybe a nail polish or a lipstick. These Hourglass powders are so gorgeous! It leaves my skin looking fresh, awake, and glowing. I love that these are less obvious than a lot of my highlighers/setting powders, because sometimes I want to pretend this is how my skin looks without help!

I already have my cart ready for the VIB sale. The Hourglass palette has shipped - I suspect I'll love those because I adore subtle powders (love my NARS Illuminating Loose powder - wear it every day) and highlighters. I'll go into Sephora this week and check out the rest. I think I'll treat myself to the brush and one or two more of the powders if I like them as much as I think I will. I'm considering the Tarte eyeliner set too - I love Vampy's swatches and Richelle says great things about them. I just worry about the 'they take too long to dry' comments. I'm picking up another couple of the Benefit Creaseless Cream eyeshadows - I love those. I also have a NARS blush, lippie and e/s in mind, but I have to wait for those until they hit Sephora at the beginning of November.

Going to be an expensive month, I think. I haven't received any flyers yet. I just hit Rouge, so if there is a difference I hope it will appear on my profile by then. I got the confirmation email and they've shipped out the welcome pack and lippie, but I still show as a VIB on the Sephora site.

My rouge status appeared next to vib on the site 2 or 3 days after i hit rouge.

I rarely get Sephora catelogues. Maybe once every four months or so.

I believe that Sephora only mails out the holiday catalogs now. I remember sometime back that they said that they would stop sending them throughout the year. Just once for the holidays now. But they do have the catalogs still, just online. I think that you can only view them at certain times of the year, I've seen them before but they're not always there.

hi5 Agreed, resisting and then to see it on sale, feels like reward for waiting I wish they didnt sell out of the other one, but o well, I liked glinda more anyways lol and I love how I can reuse it for different shadows once I use them up.


I cant wait for this to come in mail! Already have full basket waiting *-* I bet its the same code for every VIB like last year(it was celebrate), cos only VIBs can use it. But it would be a one time code for the friend you send invite to.


From my FF haul, I already need to return Buxom Passport Collection The Day Tripper Edition, because the colors are so bad for brown eyes and lipgloss tingless too much, mascara is meh and blush and bronzer are just ok <.< Also returning Philosophy Just Release Me Dual-Phase Oil-Free Makeup Remover, because its drying Going to try the Clinique Take the day off next.
The judgement is still left on Clarisonic Aria. I think using it together with BHA exfoliant was bad idea, need to figure out proper rotation and maybe try the super soft luxe brush head as well. My skin is just way too sensitive.

Seems the Unzipped kit sold out, it was really nice deal.

Sephora added Kat Von D Spellbinding Look Kit, it looks gorgeous Too bad I have too many eyeshadows and eyeliners already, so I will have to restrain myself =/

They didn't have a sale for BI last year, if I recall, right? I saw that MusingsofaMuse was telling everyone that there will be a BI and VIB sale like last year. I don't think BIs will have a sale if things are the same as last year.

I thought it was like this: VIB: 20% off 11/8/12 to 11/12/12 and BI: 15% off 11/29/12 to 12/11/12 cos some blogs posted it, but then I googled and found they didn't do any BI sale at all last year, so you are right Now I'm really disappointed. But it seems in April they did have this: 15% off for all beauty for Beauty Insiders (Friday, April 12th to Sunday, April 21st) and VIBs (Thursday, April 11th to Monday, April 22nd.).


Btw sephora added Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil Vault and Urban Decay The Mother Lode Shadow Set if somebody wants to catch em all
