RiRi Hearts MAC Fall Collection (October 3, 2013)

I've never had problems with them before the RiRi Hearts Fall Collection. I, too, tried to order the TTT lip liners this morning. The queue said 3 avai. I tried to check out and it said there was only one to buy. After speaking to a manager I was told my order would not be filled because the merchandise was not available.

That's wack. I ordered at ab 12:30pm yesterday and got a shipping notification at 5am this morning. MAC has never been that quick for me.

Be-lk was a disaster for me. I ordered two HK's on accident.. I called got them to cancel one. My original order # never showed in the system. The charges were dropped from my CC. I called them and asked what was going on and the lady said it was getting ready to ship "in the warehouse" and that's why there wasn't an order number wasn't showing up -- she said it didn't show up while "in process".. This sounded like total b.s. to me, but she reassured me everything was fine. And that when my order shipped - I would be charged for it..

In the meantime, I knew it was BS (not the part about how/when they charge but the fact that my order # wasn't showing up anywhere) so I ordered a HK from Bloomies when it was restocked.. for weeks - no word on the Belk order..

Then all of a sudden a few days ago I FINALLY get a cancellation email..WTF? I am glad it got cancelled though because I don't need THREE HK's.. but I would have been pissed if I didn't have the foresight to realize that I was NOT going to be getting my order from them and didn't order from Bloomies due to that suspicion.

RE: the restock at Mac. I ordered yesterday pretty quick. My order is still pending.. ho-hum.

Waiting for my email from MAC *on pins and needles* Belk Has my order "in process" pass 48 hrs, yet again! ..ugh! Nordies order for BUs ttt and wtc came in monday in great condition!!! *::*Confession*::* Ive already spent entirely tooooo much on this collection.. I NEED TO BE STOPPED!

How long does Belk leave orders "in progress" before they cancel? I placed an order on the 24th for EE from DN and now I'm starting to think it will cancel. ETA: Other orders I placed (Flat Out Fab and Riri Woo pencil) shipped the same day or the next.

I had this same issue with lavish living, they finally shipped off my products and it took about a week and a half to get to me!!!

I've never dealt with Belk online or in person but odd repeat glitches that they can't stop and constant complaints on the BBB website about their billing practices doesn't make them an attractive option. I'm sure they can't have all bad stories...people seem to go to them quite a bit but they sure seem risky when it comes to ordering right now!

What gets me is that they can hold your order in limbo until they decide to cancel it. But you cannot cancel an order that's in limbo. This will be the last time I deal with them.

Belk had my order in progress for 96 hours. The only reason I know that it will be cancelled is because I spoke with a manager in the escalation dept. I still haven't received an official cancellation notice. This is CRAZY! At least I have an answer and can move on.

I didn't get an email yet either. But I just checked my MAC account and my order is marked shipped. Maybe check there.

A Belk online manager just called me as I was leaving my last post. He gave me advice to pass long on to anyone still waiting for their RiRi Fall Collection items to ship.......if the item has NOT shipped in 1-2 days you can pretty much assume that your desired RiRi item is not available.

Ladies, like an earlier specktra member mentioned, look at your order status on the site. Don't wait for a shipping email! I ordered a bu of riri woo (which I didn't need, since ruby woo is so similar) and nude.

This is usually how it goes. MAC account will update much quicker than any email will be sent. And sometimes you may not receive an email at all. I've received emails AFTER my package has been received. I also find out from my MY UPS account emails that a package is coming often before I receive an email from MAC. Especially when it comes to popular releases.

I got an email confirmation that my BU of nude and RRW shipped. Still praying for TTT
