I think they're working OT lol They have to be with all the orders going through. My order just shipped... what a random day and time!
I would too but I think I would end up owing Sephora money on payday instead of getting a checkI think they're working OT lol They have to be with all the orders going through.
I had an order on Thursday and then Friday, but the Friday one shipped before my Thursday haul. Had me worried for a minute! But now it's finally shipped too.
I've always thought that's a cool job to have, packing everyone's boxes. Is it just me or wouldn't that be way too much fun? lol
I could really love a job like that!

Aaah, don't tempt me! >.<I bought Give Me Some Lip yesterday. It was a great way to try a bunch of brands inexpensively. Only NARS Turking Delight is too light for me - I could have worn it over a darker lippy, but I gave it to the 11 year-old bouncing hopefully beside me.
Annd I missed it againomgggg, Laura Mercier Artist palette finally went back in stock!! Purchased.
Spent Thursday deciding between Laura Mercier Artist palette and YSL pure chromatics #19. Laura Mercier went out of stock online and I freaked out and checked 3 local sephoras of which all were out of stock. So, I thought I'd go with YSL #19 instead but that went out of stock as well ><
so gladd I got the laura mercier for this season didn't think they'd sell out so quickly lol, I remember always seeing last year's Laura Mercier in stock every time I went into Sephora.
I think I need to stop buying from Sephora until December when they have the $20 off $50 deal, but I have a feeling I'd probably buy more makeup/skincare from them on Black Friday lol. can't help it ><

I'm super excited for it. I've been looking for it for quite some time. There aren't many Guerlain retailers in my area. I found it for a decent price (but still above retail) so I decided to splurge.Cruel gardenia you sure would love this one. It will look so beautiful on you.
I am sort of with you on the Laura Mercier palette. But I ended up caving from reading about all the hype surrounding it. Plus it would suck to have skippers remorse and have to pay full price later. But I'm worried that the colors may not translate to my skintone as vibrant as I would like it. Guess I'll see...Before this sale ends I'd like to buy something else, but I'm not entirely sure what. Thinking about some cheapy things and perhaps a splurge. I'm going to need a new bottle of flowerbomb very soon. Thinking of getting that huge bottle for 165. The one that's 120 last for months and months, so I gotta be good for at least a year with the biggest one. A few bucks off won't hurt. Thinking it over.
I think I found one tutorial for darker skin with the Anastasia palette. What I look for in youtube videos, regardless of skintone is how the shadows apply. Most of the colors in the palette seem really pigmented. I played with the tester in Sephora and liked the quality. The colors aren't all that unique, but I think it's a good value, cute packaging and convenient to have it all in one palette like that. The pink sapphire shade is the one that kept calling me. I don't have anything quite like that and it's so pretty when swatched. No other palette I've looked at in Sephora has a color like that. Plus shades like Moss and Sienna make this my kind of palette. Can't wait to get it.I am sort of with you on the Laura Mercier palette. The colors don't seem unique to my existing stash of palettes but I still keep thinking of it. I am going to see if I can find some tutorials by darker skin tones for further motivation. lol

The Anastasia palette is really a great palette! I def recommend it! The sleeve w the eyeshadows is removeable and super thin... Perfect for travel. And all the colors are very pigmented and lovely. I think the color palette is perfect for fall/winter! Grab it if you can... Especially for any discount!I think I found one tutorial for darker skin with the Anastasia palette. I should be getting mine later this week. Nordstroms wants $15 for 2 days, but I'm not in that big a hurry. Plus I find Nordstroms standard shipping is usually quicker than they'd like you to know. :nono:The Anastasia palette is really a great palette! I def recommend it!
