those that bought the hourglass ambient lighting palette, what are your thoughts on it? is it a definite need to buy or not?

For me, it's a must have. I can use all three colors and they make my face look amazing. It's a subtle effect, but I love it

My order gets here today and I'm so excited to try everything! If I can get decent pictures, I will try to do swatches and place them in the appropriate threads. I would really love to know how everyone likes what they got. It's not that my wishlist needs expanding

but I love getting ideas for future purchases. I would never have picked up my new love, the Ambient palette, if not for Specktra!

Personally I love it. I keep getting told how perfect my skin looks when I use them. But two are permanent colors, so I suppose it depends on whether you want 3 different shades in a smaller amount, or you just want one shade, get the regular one.

ugh, I want to be told I have perfect skin too! lol!! maybe the palette would be better since I've never tried hourglass before. now I have to hunt it down before the end of the day...thanks for your opinion.

deng, it sounds like it's a HG must have! I've been hesitating to get it cause I wasn't sure about it. but now I want it. hopefully I can find it in store today before the sale is over. thanks for responding!

My second order with the mini-eyeshadow primer duos has shipped! Half day today, so going to head in and just play with lipsticks/eyeshadows and see if there is anything I fall for. I may wind up only buying a few more shower gel pods.

It was online when I made the post, perhaps it went fast like the Clinique chubby did. I was lucky to get a Clinique and an Urban Decay. Now I am only at about 300 points, so will likely miss this one.

Has anyone that uses Make Up For Ever HD foundation tried MUFE Face and Body or Duo mat?  Now toying with trying another type of their foundations while they are on sale.  Would love to know feedback and how they compare for coverage, longwear, etc.m

I love f&b I'm shade 12. I like it b/c it doesn't transfer and the shade match is good. I think it covers good enough. If u have great skin this is def a winner but I love it. I love duo mat as well and recommend it. I've moved onto the pro finish which I love more b/c I believe the shade match is better but duo mat was my first love. I do not like the hd for my oily skin and shade match is not great for me. Mat + is good for full coverage also IMO Edit: oh yea... Coverage for duo mat is great wear is great and I have very oily skin. I would tend to think if u have a drier skin type pro finish may be better....seems more silky? Dewey? Idk but it is still very matte for me. Both powders and fb have long wear. Pretty much my HG/go to. This and Lancôme

Does anyone know roughly how long it takes to get your order once it's shipped? This is my first time ordering from Sephora online (Canada) so I was just wondering. I got a message saturday that my order shipped on the 8th but when I tried to track my package on Sephora's website today they had the message, "Until your order ships, you will not see any tracking information for parcels shipped against your order" . I realize they must have a crazy amount of packages to deliver right now but has anyone ever received their orders without having tracked them on the website?

I guess I'm just getting impatient to play with my goodies!

Today is a holiday in USA (Veterans Day) so it would only be update until tomorrow. After that, it should take two to three days to arrive.

Thanks! It's actually a holiday here in Canada (Remembrance Day) too. I wasn't sure if the Canadian site had a different distributor but most government workers have the day off..

Just lost my damn mind in sephora and that's with putting stuff back. Got the biggest bottle of flowerbomb. It was the last one, too. Plus I got another perversion liner from UD. The one I have now is a stub. I also got the mufe extravagant mascara b/c im almost out of my chanel mascara. Other little items like a gorgeous blue sephora polish, sephora lashes, sephora highlighter and a l'occitane hand cream that smells like roses. I'm done. Sephora got me but I saved $50.
