Just got home from seeing my sister and I see that my packaged was delivered. Since everybody was talking about finger prints on eyeshadows, my LM palette was the first thing I checked, it was ok, except a little shadow ended up on the mirror, not sure how that happened. Anyway, I open up my Nars CB blush and the mirror is completely shattered. My heart dropped. Should I exchange it (If they're aren't sold out at my sephora store)? I mean I dont use the mirror but its broken. Ugh!

So I have a pro discount for a makeup supply store. I went on to order banana powder, and discovered the Anastasia catwalk for $17 and the Lavish for $22. Another damn order. I need therapy'

exchange it, don't settle. sorry that happened to you. I fear for my hourglass ambient since my other two orders came in less then perfect condition.

That sucks! I would definitely exchange it, especially since you don't know if a tiny piece of glass got embedded in the blush. You don't want to risk cutting yourself, you know? Sorry that happened to you!!

Got my haul last night! So good to come to home after a busy10 hour day. Korres Body butter Set- I absolutely love their body creams! Thinking of getting another for a gift for my Grandmother. Korres Sleeping Facial Kit- Two of the products are kinda smaller then I expected. But I mostly got it for the Sleeping Facial Cream anyways. They were just bonuses. Shiseido anti-wrinkle set- Been looking for a anti-wrinkle cream. We'll see how good it works. Again other products were small. But they are bonuses too. UD Vice 2- They never disappoint with their shadows. So of course I'm super excited. Only thing I noticed is there are no teals. But that's ok, the first vice has a gorgeous teal. All in all I like the colors. I LOVE the packaging and how the mirror props up NARS Orgasm blush- Finally got it! Got a deluxe sample last year and got hooked! Too Faced loves Sephora palette. I am SO glad I decided to get this. The shadow colors are to die for and you get that really pretty coral blush. Funny thing is it is similar to Orgasm. Of course Orgasm is more intense but the colors are similar. Which is ok though. UD Good Karma brush- Not too sure what I think yet. I think it almost buffs it too sheer. Maybe I'm applying it wrong. I'll have to play around with it more Dior 500 pt. perk- Kinda disappointed. Don't really like the lip color. And I cant open the perfume! lol I like the necklace though, also known as the bracelet lol Funny how it says bracelet. But it's way too big for that. Items were just pretty tiny. Wish I would have got the UD one instead, oh well.

I purchased something twice in separate online orders. If I want to exchange in store for something else, will the VIB discount be honoured?

I don't believe so. It wouldn't apply at any other retailer. You have to pay full price on the exchanged item, as it was purchase outside of the discount time frame.

I'm slightly regretting not picking up the Tarte Off the Cuff set maybe I can catch one in store but without the discount. Meh.

This is on my wish list, I had it in my hand during FF sale but I told myself I didn't need it. I want it though lol

The orders I placed on MONDAY haven't shipped yet. That's never happened. I called yesterday and they assured me that the orders are fine (I was concerned since quite a few of the things I ordered have now sold out), but that they're back up due to volume.

Thanks! I'm about $200 away but I could easily make that on my blush wishlist alone. MAC took a ton of my money early in the year, but I find that I can't wear their lipsticks right now. I need something a little more moisturizing!

Lord, I got my stuff on Monday but this week has been so busy I haven't had time to even take it out of the box yet. I LOVE the technicolor tinsel lash curler. No picture does it justice! Everything else I ordered was just refills on essentials, but I did go to the store as well and pick up UD All Nighter spray. My roomie suggested I borrow hers to use before a friend's wedding over the weekend and my makeup fricken stayed on through the entire day PLUS half a dozen rides down the waterslide at the hotel afterward. Crazy, but it clearly works!

I've been having the same experience and I pretty much only own MAC matte lipsticks.

Keep playing with the brush. It's my favorite applicator. Hopefully you'll find the right combo.
Ok, good. I'm not the only fool who struggled with the Dior perfume. I just put back in the box and moved on, but how does it open? Twisting? Pulling the top off? I don't want to spill perfume all over me by yanking on the top. I'm kind of wishing I got the UD perk as well. Maybe someone who wanted it will swap with you.

Me too. I have tons and tons of MAC lipsticks, and every one of them is drying out my lips right now. My NARS and UD lipsticks are keeping me moisturized for the time being.
