Yes, it looks just like other Dior ones I have, and the tops do pull off but with some effort. It seems to make sense after you've managed to do it once, but for some reason I (and it seems a lot of other people) struggled with it at first.

Yup, it's a pull off. My frd and I spent 5 minutes struggling to open the mini Dior perfume bottle at Sephora lol.

The orders I placed on MONDAY haven't shipped yet. That's never happened. I called yesterday and they assured me that the orders are fine (I was concerned since quite a few of the things I ordered have now sold out), but that they're back up due to volume.

They are super busy, they finally shipped my sunday order today lol

Yeah I had that Dior 500pt gift from last year. It came with 2 perfumes, 1 mini lipstick, and 1 bracelet (which I threw out LOL) I had to pull REALLY HARD on the lid to get it off, and it's like a traditional perfume opening where you dab it on our wrists/neck, so there's no spray or rollerball. A little bit always spills out when I pull the lid off too, which sucks.

I regret getting this 500pt perk tho, I got it last year bc I love Dior.....They're cute bottles but I don't love these scents tho

Keep playing with the brush. It's my favorite applicator. Hopefully you'll find the right combo.
Ok, good. I'm not the only fool who struggled with the Dior perfume. I just put back in the box and moved on, but how does it open? Twisting? Pulling the top off? I don't want to spill perfume all over me by yanking on the top. I'm kind of wishing I got the UD perk as well. Maybe someone who wanted it will swap with you.

I've been having the same experience and I pretty much only own MAC matte lipsticks.

I don't like matte finishes anymore - I like something creamier. I have a few faves (I'll always love VG1, for instance), but other than a couple of MAC reds and Heroine I now prefer their creamsheen lipsticks. I always wear MAC P&P under any lip product, but unless it's really a bold colour I find matte colours a bit dated now.

Haha, probably. I usually set it on my counter and lock it down with one hand and then fuss with the cap with my free hand.

whoohoo! after a horrible start to my morning I checked my account on sephora and saw my hourglass finally has a tracking number! yay! now just praying it gets to me in perfect condition.

My order from Sunday barely shipped as well. I think the delay is a combo of the following:

1) overwhelmed with VIB orders
2) they had an inventory count at the maryland distribution center on Friday, which likely haulted shipments out for a bit
3) they're opening a new distribution center as well, might be complicating things.

My company audits them so I get all the bloomberg business alerts on my phone LOL

Me too. I have tons and tons of MAC lipsticks, and every one of them is drying out my lips right now. My NARS and UD lipsticks are keeping me moisturized for the time being. 

I've been adding a dab of Nivea lip butter on top of my MAC lipsticks and it is giving me the moisture I need without any slip or stickiness.
