My first order from November 11th shipped today. Now it will take 2-3 days for Borderfree to ship it.

The small Hourglass Primer? It is normally $18. Or Beauty Blenders? Rollerball perfumes? OMG pretty please Caudalie Beauty Elixir! I would go to the store and stand in line for that. And buy 5.
Hahah, you wish the Caudalie Beauty Elixir...that stuff is sold out 24/7 already!

I do think the hourglass primer would be a good one though!

THE CODE CV1107VIB20 is giving 20% off right now!!

I tried to order a brush and it says for US orders only. However it was working and added the discount before I switched to Canada.

Perhaps we could share what we know/think about the upcoming Black Friday sale?

From what I have pieced together:

It is online and in store
Canada and the USA
Friday will have 10$ items (12$ Canada)
Saturday will have 20$ items- this is new, excited to see it.
This is the list from LAST YEAR

I would be interested in what you think will reasonably be in the sale.

My guesses:

Stilla art palettes, single, one specific set only.
Some sort of Mascara
Perhaps the 15$ shower gel ornament marked down to 10$
Perhaps Philosophy cleanser again
Eyeshadow primer
Lip gloss set

I have a nagging feeling the Clinique 'a different kind of' set will be in this sale, but I couldn't tell you why. I already own one :p

On the 20$ day:
I am betting mostly perfume.
Maybe a nice makeup brush ;)
woww $20 day, can't wait!! :) Thanks for the update!!

Hits:
Laura Mercier Mineral Powder
Eyeshadow primer: Brilliant! I had one from the blogger set (Bought with my 10% off) so I ordered two of the duos, one for my mother and one for me.
Illamasque (sp?) nail polish in 'Creator'. Stunning. And a 'black' that doesn't seem like one/is fine for the office.

Miss: The clinique chubby lipstick bonus may be too bright for me, will try again. I seem to have no luck with reds, they don't suit me perhaps? (Chubby stick in Maraschino)

Unsure: Despite the hype, NARS orgasm seems a bit bright on me, but as mentioned I think I need to invest in a separate really good blending brush in the next sale (Open to suggestions).
Illamasqua Creator has been on my Sephora Loves list for over a year but I never caved to buy it. I noticed that it sold out during the sale

It selling out online is one of the reasons I talked myself into buying it. Not that it was hard to do :p

I posted a picture or two of the mani in the nail polish thread.

Has anyone tried their Smashbox Full Exposure Palette? I was just browsing reviews on Sephora and its getting killed for poor color payoff.
Anyone here have the same experience?
Yeah, I would pass on this palette. Smashbox normally makes buttery shadows. These were a disappointment. The shimmery shades are worse than the mattes! Very surprising. I will keep it and work with it, but if someone doesn't already own it, I would skip it.

From what I have tried so far....

Hits: Kat Von D Spellbinding palette (huge hit! I can't believe how much I love this!), Dior Charnelle ls, and Hourglass palette. I also bought some "old standard" type products such as Beauty Blenders, UDPP, Smashbox primer, etc that are always hits. I have a few more products to try, so I will wait to comment on those later.

Big Misses that I have already returned: BB Old Hollywood Eye Palette and Smashbox Full Exposure Palette. Both looked beautiful in pan but were horrible when applied.

I didn't like it all. On my skin, the payoff was horrible. Definitely swatch before buying!

Hey now that is an idea! I wonder if Beauty Blenders will be in the sale? It is the right sort of thing, something simple, where they wouldn't have people trying to pick specific shades, and about the right price (26) to go on sale for 10. I would buy one.

Thanks for putting this polish on my radar. Definitely on my "to buy" list especially after googling images and finding this manicure http://www.swatchandlearn.com/nail-art-ruffian-nails-using-illamasqua-charisma-illamasqua-creator/

Did anyone see the Tarte 3-box set they are doing as the QVC Today's Special Value starting at midnight? It looks good.
I did! I want it! The YouTube video with the swatches sealed the deal. I hope that price isn't just for today. Video with swatches: http://youtu.be/B_J9kL3fe3I
