Hit: OCC concealer and BM broad spectrum multi-tasking face. I looked way brighter after application to undereyes!

So-so: Stila foil shadows.. I have yet to go out with these on. They look great but yeah the application is awful. May return.

Miss: Givenchy Photo-Perfexion.. wtf they didnt even have a shade for me! The counter woman was a light-skinned Asian woman and she wore the 3rd to last darkest shade. F*cking ridiculous. The 2nd to last is still super light and the last is just dark, like a contouring color for me. I hate when brands dont make proper color ranges.

I had to swap it out teint couture, which is for combo skin not dry (i have dry skin). Hopefully it works out

Hey now that is an idea! I wonder if Beauty Blenders will be in the sale? It is the right sort of thing, something simple, where they wouldn't have people trying to pick specific shades, and about the right price (26) to go on sale for 10. I would buy one.
Get them from Amazon! I've purchased 2 BB and the cleanser for about $30.

From what I have tried so far....

Hits: Kat Von D Spellbinding palette (huge hit! I can't believe how much I love this!), Dior Charnelle ls, and Hourglass palette. I also bought some "old standard" type products such as Beauty Blenders, UDPP, Smashbox primer, etc that are always hits. I have a few more products to try, so I will wait to comment on those later.

Big Misses that I have already returned: BB Old Hollywood Eye Palette and Smashbox Full Exposure Palette. Both looked beautiful in pan but were horrible when applied.
GAH...that's my one regret, I wish I had gotten the Kay Von D palette, but I have so many palette's I felt like I couldn't justify it!

I'm using the new code and getting BUs of the Benefit Rocketeur blush. I'm on :cloud9: with this blush!!! And lots of the small Sephora sharpeners for my kit. They blow MAC's sharpener out of the water!

I want to get MUFE HD foundation and a few other things with the code. I tried Kat Von D lock it on my hand today and it's just too thick for my taste.

I used the new code for a dior holiday lipstick and UD ozone lip liner. Erin, I loooove rockateur as well.
Isn't it just LOVE!?

I'm afraid it'll end up being LE, so I'm just being safe! Benefit isn't a brand i get a pro discount on, so i might as well take advantage of the 20% off. I'm obsessed with TPC and P&P, and Rocketeur is just like those with a bit of soft rose gold shimmer, but not too much that i still can't add my DefDef highlight into the mix. I definitely need a BU or 2 of this blush! And yes, you need to check it out!

I almost bought this after calling sephora for a shade recommendation. I can't remember if 8 Amber was the rec or my guess. Would you mind sharing the color you purchased and your skintone/undertone?

Sure! I will PM you a picture of my complexion if you want, I don't like that the photos here show up on google images. I originally purchased 7 - Perfect Gold, which was too light. 8 - Perfect Amber was wayyyy too dark. I'm typically MUFE 165, yellow undertones. I ended up getting Teint Couture in 8 Elegant Amber.

Hmm, then maybe 8 Amber would work for MUFE 175/177?

I watched a YouTube video by NikkaHona. She stated that the shimmer eyeshadows apply better using your fingers. She believes that these eyeshadows are comparable to MAC's pressed pigments.

This makes more sense. I didn't think to try the shimmer with my fingers. I used the brush and fallout was everywhere and color payoff was no where. Not sure if I want a palette where I have to use my fingers for so many colors though.
