I agree with you, I don't associate frost lipsticks with the past as I only started wearing lipsticks this year!! I have by design and it's lovely! I keep reaching for it! It makes my lips look fuller and makes my eyes stand out!

Am I the only one that likes New York Apple? It's a beautiful red frost, that pulls pink on me, and the first MAC lipstick I purchased when I started wearing lipsticks again some years ago.

is it just me or do you guys see some pinky undertones in this? I'm kind of disappointed because this isnt a color id wear every day. Not sure if I'll be getting this.

I've been seeing a balance of hot pink and red in it, so yes I see it too!

I love it! A few years ago, I invested in Viva Glam IV because I wanted a pinky red frost and then immediately after getting that I got New York Apple which I immediately loved too.

I LOVE NY APPLE!!! I wore that all summer long. I thought the RiRi Glam was NOT a frost, it looked like a satin finish in a raspberry color. I saw a post in this forum...somewhere ;-)

I like frosts for layering and I normally just buy mattes, I will buy this for the VG cause but not a RiRi fan... was hoping for someone else but either way I will still support it.

It does but in the RiRi Hearts MAC Holiday promo image, her hair is a shorter length.

Oh my. Riri again! Not a big fan, but if it gets people to buy it I'm all for it. I actually like frosts, but not sure I want another red. But its viva glam, I always try to buy it as much as possible.
