Could be. Or it could be another case of the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, and there may be no Monday specials either. Time will tell.

I say the Rouges are speculating about the reason for the bannings bc no one from Sephora has told them the reason was shippng abuse. The algorithm theory is plausible, but I didnt see where a Sephora rep confirmed. Unless I missed it in my tiredness. Beauytalk probably isn't used by most customers so those girls need to take this to social media. Especially with threads and posts getting deleted. That's some bull if people are getting banned for using their only perk. I see the potential for sample abuse, Sephora needs to be clear with their customers about their expectations with this new program and they must tell people WHY they're being banned not just their generic response. I hope this gets sorted out.
So the $20 deals must be in store only. I set up the signs but didn't see any of the products.
