Girls can we please stop calling nordies? At least until the packages are in transit. It's the weekend. Ups doesn't work Saturday or Sunday. The trackings will update Monday. We are gonna let them know it's a lot of orders and them they're really going to stop the shippings
Agreed. I didn't preorder but obviously it was some type of glitch/mistake that allowed everyone to order in the first place. Then it was another mistake that allowed them to be shipped early. If you get your order early just be happy. But it's not as if anyone is entitled to get them before 12/23 anyway. Calling and bringing attention to it probably isn't smart. I just remember the Riri Summer fiasco.

Well my problem is that I havent received tracking at all!!!
Oh snap I'm sorry macgirl06!! Did you try searching the junk folder ? Sometimes emails from stores get filtered... Is the charge still pending? I hope everyone who preordered it can get them /..

I'm so glad they are matte and not retro matte. Mattes are hard enough for me to wear! Can't wait to get my hands on the purples and probably SK.
This is still up in the air. Tubes are labeled matte but boxes are labeled retro matte, just like with the RiRi summer launch. Some artists are being told they're all matte, but my friend was told only Hautecore is, as shown with the black friday launch. We'll just have to wait and see what they truly are when people start receiving their nordies shipment.
I double checked and my Hautecore box says "matte".

Me too, I really like this new texture the mattes seem to have. I think they might be reformulating some of the older ones too possibly, my Lady Danger is real creamy and has the light sheen like HC does. I bought it in October though. Does anyone know it it has always been as creamy with a light sheen?
It's always been like that. Believe it or not, the mattes have never actually been reformulated.

Probably just a slight difference in ingredient supply, but no true reformulation.

From my experience, the general customer service reps aren't as informed about beauty launches as the beauty advisors. Unfortunately for my bank account, I buy from Nordstrom frequently. At times, I've received my item(s) before I'd receive a shipping notice or I wouldn't receive a shipping notice until after I'd called. I hope you get this resolved soon!

Exactly! Many times i receive a shipping notice the day AFTER i receive my items. Rather than relying on an email or calling CS, people should go online and check under their order status. And even if people are receiving their items early, the estimated shipping date isn't until the 23rd. If people keep calling CS and mentioning the pre-orders and early shipping, it's gonna make them look into things and they're could start canceling orders. I know people are concerned about their orders, but they need remember that they lucked out in the first place by being able to pre-order due to nordies mistake. But just relax and give it a couple days.

It is not the first time nordies have done pre-orders online.they did one before for narcissus csg and that shipped before launch date. So those nordies cs are not acuratetly informed. Also they could only give a certain amount of preorders and leave the rest closer to launch date .

I second this!! And I said this earlier also.. I shop alot online and usually once the label is created the following business day u will see some activity

Yes I did check my junk folder and logged into my account to check it's status! I understand everyone's nervous about alerting Nordstrom but please understand that there was also an issue where I was told my card was charged and didn't go through so that makes ME nervous even though I completely understand we are well within "the promised " date! I don't want to have my order cancelled because of a card issue especially after I updated my card and was told a few days later that there was a problem! I placed my order on 11/21 at 8:00AM. Just like anyone else would be concerned if they were in my shoe. But I assure you, I will not call anymore and if anything will hve another chance when the collection launches hopefully...

I did wonder if it was messed up because of the Riri thing, it seems like whenever that collection is about to launch MAC's website gets screwed up - slowed down, not launching, errors... Glad to know its something I can fix because if it was a problem on MAC's end who knows how long I'd be waiting for them to remedy it.

I just remember the Riri Summer fiasco.[ yes because then they would have to give us all refunds they did preorder with restocks of fod the date on the pc presale was 26th to expect shipping but calling isn't going to help anyone if u missed the presale no need for panic just wait it still releases the 26th

Dammit i should have ordered insitgator. I thought punk couture was enough to fill my purple need. Dammit! I dont feel like stalking mac for instigator though

Hey people, I'm old, but new. I love the swatches, but I think I'm more shocked and in awe that this person's iphone is working at 1% than anything else. Mine usually cuts off at 5% and doesn't come back on until it is plugged up and reaches 6%. Just a little LOL post for tonight.
