I'm debating too. I visited http://rodeo.net/sandraholmbom/ and she makes it look good! I'm telling myself I don't need it… UD has similar colors right… *attempting to talk myself out of it*


BTW, I called MAC corporate cust service and the rep stated that it's an LE collection (as if I didn't know) so the quantities are going to be limited. Explained that it's based on prior year sales for the location (aware of that fact as well) and stated that they limited the quantity for the hype. Flat out admitted that it's a hype machine. Then proceeded to offer me a gift which I kindly declined. Nothing compensates for that waiting room experience and being up since 5a this morning to only RRW being up and then the LS selling out by the 8th person in store. The bigwigs need to realize we're consumers but it's not okay to put us under this stress. I'm just waiting on a follow up call from Macys corporate for allocation. My concerns will be heard! No reason we're losing sleep, skinning knees and having concerns of people sizing us up over some makeup!

Starbucks uses the Tazo brand passion tea, which can be bought on their website, at Target or Meijer (i think), and on Vitacost.com and at other locations. Steep according to directions and mix it 50/50 with any brand of lemonade and voila! If you want Raspberry Passion Tea Lemonade, you can buy the raspberry syrup on Starbucks site as well, or at any of their stores. It ends up costing about $2 give or take per gallon as opposed to $4.50 for a trenta! So much cheaper! I brew 2 gallons of it at a time!

They've taken the "Black Friday" marketing approach IMO. That's precisely what happens...the retailers will advertise deals, but only stock limited quantities and people fight (to the death in some cases) over these items.

That's how the great ones do it. Not sure yet, but I am looking forward to trying it. I swatched it on my hand and it was much more opaque than I thought it would be...albeit, it is still kinda sheer. Seems buildable (with a steady hand).

I just tried it on and :thud:. Absolutely gorgeous! Makes the eyes pop. Pictures don't do it justice and I can't believe I almost skipped. This is why I still make sure to see things in person. I can deal with the icky formula for this color for sure. I don't have anything like it. You'll love it, Elegant. It can work on anyone. Now I need to think of shadows to wear with it. I'll have to train myself not to reach for black liner for a bit. Maybe my other wifey, Erin can give me some suggestions? :haha:
