I keep looking at all the pics of hautecore & now I think I want it but I'm not too sure I could pull off a black lippie! I think I would need a nice colored gloss to go over top but the ones that came out with the collection didn't appeal to me.

I'm sure you could pull it off! But for me I'd only wear it a couple times I'm not too big on mixing. I think if I was going to buy black if rather have the melt one anyway

I caved in an just purchased SK. I did not want to have remorse later for not purchasing it. I also picked up stone lipliner since I ordered Exclusive Event on Tuesday. I have no control...smh.

My lippy from the RM collection says matte on the tube also, but retro matte on the box. MAC is weird. lol

thanks for clarifying that, i never look too lipstick happy to look and just rip the box off

I just checked ups, and it said I should get my black box on Dec.30th. I was so sleep deprived I opted for 2nd Day Air, without realizing it.

Hey everyone, I went out and got extra copies of Punk Couture and Instigator and I'm in LOVE with Instigator. I think I'm gonna go to my Mac counter and get a third one tomorrow. It's definitely my all time favorite color on me! Hope you all got the lipsticks and others from the collections that you wanted.

PS also loving the EDSF in Superb, which I'm wearing in this photo even though you can't really tell lol

In all of the hustle and bustle of this launch I totally forgot I was able to snag Studded Kiss. I love it. Rocker is still my fav vampy red, but do love this one on my skintone. Id say the closest one I have to it color wise is Viva Glam 1. But SK is def darker. I applied a very thin layer, and it left a gorgeous stain. It almost has a pinkness to it.

I haven't gotten a shipping confirmation. But ups sent me a notice saying a label was generated and I should receive my package on Jan 30th. I was so sleep deprived I payed the extra $5.00 for 2nd day air

. But my order confirmation was sent at 6:10 AM PST. So that probably is the same time as yours, I think we have a 2hr time difference.

Hey everyone, 'just want to let you know that the MAC store in the Glendale Galleria has plenty of all the lipsticks still. They're open till 10 PST.

The manager felt like by tomorrow they may run thin, based on the calls they got today, but they started out with ~50 of each color to begin with!

I think some did. And at some point MAC fixed things online because if you placed an order later the discount showed correctly.

Yeah now I see they fixed it and I called customer service three times because the first rep act like she didn't want to help me and the second one swore there was no pro discount. Finally the third one said she will put in a request for me to get the discount.

when the punk collection first launched today there was a glitch with the pro discount and mac resolved it.
