I don't have my PC l/s yet, but I doubt Cyber is anything like it.  Cyber is pretty dark on its own.  

Here's my comparison swatches of Cyber and Punk Couture. PC is the more purple of the two. Cyber also has more red? Cyber is a satin and PC is a matte. I would call them cousins rather than sisters.

Exactly. It's possible that some of those that have received shipping notices have only received shipping labels and hasn't been picked up by UPS yet. And it's possible you will get a notice some time today. Keep checking MAC online account if you haven't already. You'll often see your status update there before you receive an actual notice. But with the holidays and the fact that there were a lot of orders it's probable that not all packages were able to be shipped at the same time. The site does warn that it can take 1-3 days to process once you complete your order. It usually doesn't take that long but sometimes it might if there is a high volume situation.

From MAC or which place? I have one from MAC that has for Instigator. My one for Close Contact has not shipped yet and I ordered it about 4 hours after Instigator.

After seeing Shontay wear Hautecore with Bling Black I've been searching for it. Of course it's on eBay. However I just read T's review of the cremesheen glasses from this collection and she says that they're the same exact shades from Style Black. In other words Jet Boy is supposedly a dupe for Bling Black, Blackware/Dark Outsider and Black Fire/No Apologies. Does anyone have any glosses from both collections to confirm this?

IMO they are the same as well but I am going from memory only. I only have Jet Boy here but I think she is right.
