Yes I remember, she got dropped after the whole chris brown/gun tattoos situation. In the beginning cover was supporting her, but then when those pics of her being back with chris brown at diddys mansion surfaced. It seems like cover was just about done with her and then she got her gun tattoo and she had said that covergirl dint like it thats why she had changed the location where she had originally wanted to get them. I can't remember someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Does anyone else remember when Rihanna was a CoverGirl spokesmodel?

I wondered why they stopped promoting her. Thanks

Someone asked about blushes for red/dark lipsticks. Chanel's Accent blush is hands down amazing with them.

I wonder if Accent is still available to buy anywhere? I checked a few sites and it appears sold out. Not a surprise seeing as it was the Holiday collection... But I'd really love to get my hands on it if possible. Regretting not knowing about it sooner!

Somebody remember a actor o soccer player was drinking a COCA when he has an endorsement with Pepsi.He had to pay a lot $$$$$$ Is the same or no?

The only reason that's a little different is because the actual product label is visible if that person is out in a public capacity and holding a competitors product. Not the same with wearing makeup because Beyoncé wasn't shown in the video putting on the makeup AND we couldn't see the brand of each product. Even if that were the case, unless L'Oreal has a strict clause in her contract banning her from using any other products than theirs then they still couldn't do anything about it. With contracts for consumables like Coke and Pepsi there is usually a clause that requires the spokesperson to only be photographed or seen publicly with their product when they are seen with a soft drink. Pepsi and Coke are the worlds largest soft drink competitors and have the most recognizable logos so it's pretty damaging to see your spokesperson holding the competitors logo when they claim to drink that product and prefer it. In the case of Beyoncé and her L'Oreal endorsement (or really any of the cosmetics spokespersons) they rarely make the claim that those products are the ONLY things that they use or that they prefer them to any other brand. They just tell you that these products help enhance your beauty. Sorry so long...probably seems like it makes no sense but there's a difference lol.

I think it might be a little different or what is actually in the contract. Like beyonce pepsi contract is way more strict/restricted than her loreal contract. They even sponsor her tours/events. She's not just a spoke model, but more a brand ambassador. I never buy a product because of who is advertising the product. These celbs only care about how much they are getting paid, because even beyonce was every where with michelle obama promoting healthy eating but she's advertising soda. She's everywhere talki bout she stays away from junk food, shes a vegan. Or like when Kim kardashian got caught at in n out while she was advertising Carl's jr salads. Or like how the person on the magazine cover is not actually wearing the makeup listed in the credits.

They absolutely WILL trash it. There are people that missed out on items that have been trying to find them for decent prices. You could sell them to someone at cost since you're just trying to get your money back. Something to consider.

I love the color so much. Unfortunately, my friggin iPhone camera sucks the big one. I can't take good selfies and it ages me by 10 years imho. I really don't think I look this old. I also took with my regular camera so once I have time to upload I will post the better quality photos.

LOVING PC!!! I used Nightmoth and Nyx Jumbo Pencil in Milk in the center for some dimension. Haven't put on Instigator yet but it is beautiful in the tube.

Oh, I'm not fooled. My assumption is that if you are paid to endorse something, then you'd wear it in settings where what you have on might be questioned, i.e., most public settings. I really don't care either way what she has on in her videos.

The bottom line is that Beyonce's makeup artists bring the product and they will use whatever they need to get the looks that were created as part of the vision of her creative team. There could be some Loreal in there... and honestly, there may not be any MAC. Sounds crazy, but some artists don't use MAC like that. Sir John and Francesca Tolot are using an array of products, mixing and matching products to create these lips for Bey. I'm sure it's not just one thing straight out of a tube.
