MAC Magnetic Nude Collection (December 26, 2013)

That's what I said yesterday! It is not compariable to Glorify or the bronze side of Double Definition. I'm going to use Magnetic Appeal tomorrow.

Today I used Fairly Precious EDSF with Peachtwist Blush and OMG it is so DAMN GORGEOUS!! I think I'm going to order a BU of Fairly Precious for sure tomorrow!

I'm wanting a Extra Dimension Skinfinish for my nc15 complexion but I'm unsure on which one out of Superb and Fairy Precious.. well i'm leaning towards FP but I dunno... what do some of you guys thing would look better out of the two?

I'd go with FP (NC15). The MAC SA recommended it for my NC15 coloring and when she applied it on me it was insanely pretty.

Although either would work, I think if I had to limit myself FP is insanely pretty and can act as a nude, shimmery blush or a softly colored highlighter.

I can't believe I wasn't going to get MA at first. This thread but it helps so much in last minute decisions. I think this collection stood among so many of Mac's previous collections. So you picked up FA, how does it look on deeper skin?? I thought it would come off ashy on me which I why I didn't even look at it initially.

I'm just a tad bit darker than NC15 (NW-NC20) I have both and I personally like FP way more than superb! They both look good. But FP def takes the cake. It's so pretty!

Left- Antiqued
Right- Amorous Alloy

Amorous Alloy has micro glitters Antiqued doesn't. In terms of color, AA is more "cranberry" and Antiqued is more brown. I hope this helps someone!

Anyone with a fair-medium complexion like Sensual Sparks or got any pictures showing it on? Is there a dupe for this? I'm in two minds of ordering it even though I think it wouldn't suit me as much as CC will.

Didn't think I could over apply FP, I was wrong lol. I put too much above my cheekbones and it was pretty darn peachy bright. Cool thing is it made me realize I could probably use it as a blush. Ok maybe its too shimmery alone. So on top of the blush should work!

Well I've heard it's warm toned and it's not as grey as Exclusive Event. I'm just gonna get it I think... otherwise I'll keep wondering and wanting haha.

I have your colouring and skipped because I think SS will be too brown for me and I dont suit browns. Did you ever try pillow talk from naturally mac collection? That lipstick looked awful on me so I now step away from colours like that.They look really dull against my skin. CC on the other hand is gorgeous. I had to buy a back up of it.

I'm hoping my CC comes today so I can get a bu in time if I love if but my favourite nude I have is Flair For Finery and I have two of them so I might skip a bu of CC as it looks similar in swatches imo but FFF is sheer.

Imo FFF isn't anything like CC. FFF is a lot lighter and pinker on me. Have you noticed any difference in the size of the lipsticks recently? My FFF was tiny and so was my CC.:/

It may be further down in the base than some others. If you ever depot a lipstick and dig out what's down in the base you'll notice there is a lot of space down in there. Sometimes the shorter looking lipsticks are just pushed further down in there...which is why they appear smaller/shorter. To the best of my knowledge the actual amount of lipstick hasn't changed.
