So I have a question for the Canadians, how's shipping from sephora to you? Are the taxes crazy or exactly like in store?? Is it quick?

I'm rouge so free shipping no minimum, but ya it's the same taxes but they have started charging some duty, but it's pretty minimal and not on all products. I've gotten my orders 1 week from when i purchased - which to me seems great ha.

Taxes are a few extra percent, but if you keep track and call in they will refund it (Usually wait for a few orders to line up). Sometimes they charge import fees,. sometimes not, it seems totally random, but they do tell you at check out. I placed 2 online orders one for some reason had NO import fees or taxes, and one had both.

Speed varies widely.

It automatically lowers your points to the American level, so keep track of how many they give you and send a facebook message, and they will update it back to how many points it should be (I have had everything from 20 when it should be 24, to 1 when it should be 6 (Sometimes the american prices are lower as well and converted lower).

If it is online only, go for it, or if there is a really good freebie. Otherwise go in store. Although if you have free shipping it may be worth checking if it is one of those magical no tax orders.

"PRODUCT STATUS NOTIFICATION
You recently requested notification when Too Faced, Shadow Brushes Essential 3 Piece Set becomes available.
We are sorry to inform you that this item has been discontinued, but our Beauty Advisors can recommend a similar product."

Just an FYI for anybody else stalking them. Anybody else know where else in Canada I could order them? I don't have an American shipping address.

That's a lot of great info thanks! The only reason I was considering online is because I can shop through swagbucks.com and earn points on every dollar & later get gift cards but buying in person is sounds easier

There's only one color of the new too faced melted lipsticks. I want the violet one with the sale!
I know! I kinda had my eye on the coral one for spring. But if they don't pop up during the sale, I will take it as a sign that I can wait on it...

I hope they restock some things.. I may have to drive out to Sephora otherwise but the mall will be hell today.

Still waiting on the Orchid blush trio and I wanted to get the new fragrance sampler (debating on pulling the trigger on Elizabeth & James Nirvana White, but the sampler has both white and black and I heard it's nice if you mix them. Also wanted to try Florabotanica) but its OOS.

Sitting in my cart is a new giant tube of L'occiate shea butter hand cream, OCC lip pencil in Black Dahlia, potentially the hourglass brush. wish sephora had the NARS contouring set

Went to Sephora today and got the MUFE Full Cover concealer. WHY did I stop using this stuff? It's the best concealer ever. I also got the UD cream liner in Perversion and the liner pen. I wasn't planning on the pen, but the brush is so sturdy I was impressed. It's really good and super black. I also bit the bullet and bought a beauty blender. It better be worth it.

man I've been wanting to try the mufe full cover but for scars/ pigmentation. Did you grab an under eye shade or for all over? I'm thinking of ordering dark beige (12). I should take my butt to sephora this weekend but I hate the mall

It's seriously the best. Get it. I ditched it a couple of years ago b/c I was lazy and thought I could skip concealer and also because I wasn't totally capable of using it the way it should be used. I bought a face shade, #14. I'm getting #12 for my eyes next week. I have bunches of little blemishes on my cheek and it's gone in two seconds with this concealer and you don't need a lot.

Ok, I'm doing it! Lol I remember you mentioning you wear 173 in the hd? So I'll grab both just in case. I got tired of using mac's studio finish so I'm excited to try this out. Thanks!

shipping takes 2 - 3 weeks...i think sephora ships from the new york area and i'm in BC but that amount of time is craaazy! i usually forget that i have even placed an order :) the taxes in my province are 12%, i choose to order online because even with "taxes & duty" it doesn't add more than 10% to my total. plus i use ebates...
