I'm not someone who uses a lot of bronzer anyway; just a light sweep for colour.it can swatch really dark on the hand but it's not when applied nicely with the brush

I'll have to give those bronzers a try next time I go to mac.Hey all so here is what I know about the compacts they are bronzers (obvi) but they are perm colors, were looking at golden and refined golden. No color story but now we know. Thank you to a lovely little bird out there!!!!!
Skipping the EDSF bronzer then and going for the blushes instead. This would be my first EDBlush.Yes, it was said a good while ago that these are just regular bronzers, not PLW or other stuff.
Also, the EDSF looking things should be the ED bronzers. Another thing is how they differ from regular EDSFs.
Sun Dipped is in special packaging only, Hey Sailor or Temperature Rising.
There are no Mineralize SFs in this collection. It should be easier to get the (regular bronzer's) pan out, probably with the alcohol method.
You could always try to fix it if it breaks. There are a few different ways to do it. Try look up a tutorial on youtube. Can anybody help me lol ?
You are very welcome dear!Thank you for these swatches, must appreciated!
Check out my pics. I posted some in how to do this.I tried once to depot my MSF, but then the part where it is supposed to close and make that click.. it broke.I don't know what I did wrong.I just wanted to try if it does work or nah.Now I'm scared to do that with this bronzer in this collection? cause if it brakes.. its tooo sad and such a waste.Even tho it kinda gets closed, it just does not stick in. Can anybody help me lol ?
This type of stuff pisses me off! Professional MUAs know how/what/where to properly buy our stuff, and how to properly sanitize and care for our products. Do we have kits made of entirely drugstore products? No. I have a few drugstore products in my kit, and they're used for photographic makeup-weddings, photoshoots, etc, and they work just fine, thank you. When you're putting false lashes on someone, applying a $7 mascara first is a hell of a lot more reasonable than applying a $20 mascara. Am I gonna use covergirl foundations in my kit? Of course not. Im gonna use a high end foundation. But you learn what items you can save a few bucks on by going drugstore (monistat gel vs smashbox primer-exact same thing and it saves you $30!). And yes, you can even use NYX lipsticks instead of MAC, they work just the same, and the camera can't tell the difference! In regards to returns what is even grosser and sadder is (and this may stir a little) MUA's that use drugstore products in their kits, the poor clients who aren't aware of bacterias, packaging etc, paying to have their makeup done and then having this crap potentially give them diseases!!!! I PERSONALLY believe that if your marketing yourself as an MUA you need to be using professional products, there is a time and a place for NYX etc and it ain't in a makeup kit that is being used for photographic makeup!!!
Right now my list still stands at zero. This is likely to be my smallest summer collection haul ever.
mine too.. I only want the compact for the casing. Sad but true -- I collect compacts and think the colour/texture of the casing is quite charming. This is likely to be my smallest summer collection haul ever.
I disagree! If I'm charging a premium rate my clients deserve to see high end in my kit. As is mentioned NYx isn't sealed at time of purchase. In regards to mascara most Mua's agree mascAra probably is an exception to the rule here in aus a reckon costs me more than a mac/mufe so I will use a mac/mufe I don't feel you get the same depth or complexity in a NYx lipstick colour as you would a macCheck out my pics. I gotta say, I've definitely seen some drug store items that were just as good quality, or even better than MAC.I don't feel you get the same depth or complexity in a NYx lipstick colour as you would a mac
There are definitely gems at the drugstore. Maybelline's vivids come to mind immediately... Definitely amazing quality!I gotta say, I've definitely seen some drug store items that were just as good quality, or even better than MAC.
i AGREE! i dont have alot of drugstore makeup but i do have some that are just as good as mac. the only thing from mac that i cant find at the drugstore is MAtte/retro matte lipticks but Cream/lustre lipsticks can be found at the DS. Nail polishes are better than Mac.I gotta say, I've definitely seen some drug store items that were just as good quality, or even better than MAC.
