It's alright, my money went elsewhere instead. Their loss! Really does bug me though that they're happy to take my money, give me points, allow me to spend the points and become a VIB but I can't use the perks of it like a discount code!

Thanks! The girl on the phone couldn't even tell me why. At first she said it probably had to do with shipping etc which makes no sense as even with the discount I'm paying a lot in shipping. Then she told me to hold on and I could hear her flipping through sheets of paper for an answer only to tell me she has no idea and she's "sorry, okay." Lol! Terrible haha.

Now I see. Could be that the mini lipstick is probably for new Rouge members while the NP is for present Rouges who have qualified for Rouge status through 2015.

I have a sephora X red polish I spent 100 points on when sephora x was new. It is ok, but nothing special. And just the size I need to last me forever since I only really wear red nails on Valentine's day and Canada day.

They should have named us something more fun like the teals or the golds. (Or even platinum if they wanted to be unimaginative about it).

It was really odd, every time I placed an order it kept telling me that I was another $97 - $140 away from rouge right up until my last order & then today all of the sudden I got the rouge email.

I don't even want to think about renewal. I'm sure I'll get there this year (skincare and Bumble and Bumble get me most of the way there) but I don't want it to happen this early. I'm not getting a message yet to show how close I am to renewal, so hopefully it's still a ways off.

I do have a lot of points again though and I cashed them out last fall and have used at least 200 this year. I should add up my history - I must be well over halfway at this point.

Yeah my Rouge status for next year is close to renewal! Shameful as I'm on a low buy and It's only April. I I haven't bought anything since Jan, until the VIB rouge sale last week. Elegant, did you do any returns? that had made my status all over the place .

I did get some of the higher priced Dior skin care so it added up fast. I love all of it. I really like that I will get free shipping now.
