Oh I have a rouge card. They didn't even ask for a coupon or anything when I bought stuff during the sale. Maybe worth a try.I don't think so because I saw people trying to use it in the store today & they were told noI wonder if its just working for rouge?

I haven't heard anything about free service on your birthday. I think I paid 35 for tweeze and tint, but don't quote me on that. They are not tweezer happy, but good at shaping in my (relatively limited) experience. They are also very friendly and will chat about what they have heard about upcoming products.

I have the KVD makeup setting spray and the top always came off. One day, the top came off and the bottle fell and cracked, which resulted in all of the product leaking out. I was going to eat the cost of it by got ticked because that top was so insecure. I took it back to the store and they gladly exchanged it. So maybe you could take the makeup remover to the store and exchange it? If not, maybe you could call customer service?
Discount still working for Rouge.

Nope. Everyone got the 15% off. The difference was the closed store event and the discount starting for rouge 4 days before VIB and BI. Also how long the sale was for each level.

I still don't have my dispatch e-mail from Sephora even though it says on the website it was shipped on the 10th. I get the funny feeling it won't actually ship until Monday. I wouldn't mind, but the website shouldn't say one thing and an e-mail another. Hmph.

Not sure if it's the same issue for you as me, but Sephora doesn't ship to me directly in Canada; they use Borderfree. I get an e-mail from Sephora confirming that my order was shipped (usually within a day) but it frequently takes another 3-4 until Borderfree ships to me. I get a second email with a tracking number when they ship.

They ship via Borderfree for me too. I haven't had the Sephora e-mail though - I only know it's marked as shipped because it says so on the Sephora website. Just a tad misleading!

I think I'm gonna go there next time! Thanks! I just checked the Kinek website, they will hold your package for 30 days before they start charging late fees. They never used to enforce this but they've recently hired new staff who do (at the location I use, anyways). I think it's something like $1 a day but I'll ask my boyfriend later to confirm.

So I just used my brand new beloved Dior BB cream last night and it's way too dark for my pale first-light-of-spring face. :-( my boyfriend said I looked like I got into a fight lol. Now I'm debating holding onto it til later on in summer or just swapping it now for either another BB or (depending on price) BB *and* KVD lipstick in Armageddon... Or the Anastasia contour kit + KVD lipstick. After taxes, I should have about $73 in credit so it's doable. Decisions decisions. I wish I had an endless makeup budget, this is too stressful lol. Any thoughts/BB reccs? I'm going to take a look at the Smashbox CC some of you were talking about but I think the perks from ordering off the Smashbox website are probably better than Sephora's. OH and speaking of my makeup budget. The mister is so sick of hearing me talk about Game of Thrones that he proposed a bet. If I don't talk about it, read any articles, forums, or the books for a month, he said he will give me a $150 Sephora gift card. I'm seriously considering this. The show is exempt from the bet, and he won't REALLY know if I read anything unless I talk about it, right? Although I totally slipped up last night when my toddler kept shrugging her shoulders and I said "a girl lacks honour!" Ten points to anyone who caught the reference, luckily he didn't. I CAN DO THIS.

SO DIFFICULT! I am so hooked on this show/book it's crazy. I've never been into any kind of fantasy franchise before. My last package shipped from Baltimore on a Friday and arrived in Niagara Falls by Tuesday morning, so as long as you avoid ordering right before the weekend, I would say 2-3 days average!Thanks!! About how long do the US orders take to get to where you are having them held? I am seriously going to consider this, depends if I could convince a friend to go in with me...and drive.

For those of you who are Rouge who made it up to VIB already this year, did they give you a 10% ticket? Did you have to ask for it? I have a friend who smashed her only blush, would like to be able to use the 10% off with her.
What I would love is if Sephora X ( or a less $$$ brand) came out with a set of jelly polishes, without glitter already in them. I would buy so many of those. Desperately seeking coral (orangey?) jelly polish.
