Cleaning the f80 is a nightmare indeed. I think it's worth it for its performance, though.

I have all of the 2009 holiday Brushes from MAC, and although some of them aren't quite as nice as the regular brushes, they have all held up well.

lol It so happens that I was looking at the F80! The shape is very appealing to me but I decided to wait til later in the year and try the MAC 187. Maybe lol I hardly use face powder and for pseudo-emergencies I use my Studio Fix compact with a sponge but I have a loose powder sitting there doing nothing so I'm gonna get some use out of it.

The 187 is nice if you don't need a lot of coverage. I prefer the f80, though. I usually use the 187 for bronzers and pigmented blushes

I can't speak for others, but for me it's more of a running gag than being seriously upset about it. I can imagine there are some people lurking who are reselling the products, but most of the guests probably just want to buy for themselves. I wouldn't go as far as PMing recommendations or hauls.

I say this all friendly and with a smile so please no one read it the wrong way... I'm thinking pm's were probably smart as the few things I was told in pm didn't sell out crazy fast. Maybe it is a good idea to not discuss lists of what we want during the overnight stalk. OF COURSE talk about all we like, don't like etc but don't post an actual list.

See. it stands out!! If we just hide it in posts randomly they won't notice as much. maybe even throw them for a loop. Like i really want that pedro duo blush. (it's not as obvious) i sooo do really want this blush LOL List the stuff we don't like, like the overpriced things, the 100th shade of red lipstick, the perm stuff etc I don't think many ebay people research what is perm or not perm. I'm just suggesting it as I was just in the osbourne's thread earlier and in here. Everyone is posting their must have/would die without products. I say this with a smile because I do it too!!

I think there are some ebay lurkers, not all. Maybe we shouldn't say things like "i have to have this or i'll die trying to get it" kinda comments while waiting for launch. it's cool to talk about what we like and don't like but once an ebay/er sees "i'd kill for that color" or "i want 5 back ups" they know exactly what to buy and it's our fault. Maybe don't list what you all got until at least 30 minutes after launch time? this way ebayers don't see you bought backups of certain products. Even if it just helps give an extra few minutes for you all to buy. Some of you missed lipsticks by a few seconds. Like I said, I mean this all friendly and in good fun. Some of you didn't get everything you wanted and now you have to fight all the resellers and ebay idiots because they are reading about everything you are trying desperately to now get. "most" ebayers won't read a paragraph of writing. they have no time. just trying to help

I got my little sister a set of Sedona Lace brushes and they have the exact same brushes as Sigma, except the hairs are pink and black. If you are wanting the F80, you might want to try buying from them because they are cheaper and have sales often (50% off on Black Friday).

Im totally surprised that the compacts have not sold out! Its the prettiest part of the special packaging! Who cares what's in it! Lol that's the junkie in mee! ;)
