Just got my tracking info and confirmation! I was alittle worried :0

can't decide if i want to order one of the blushes from nordies launch or wait for the osbournes....anyone in the nc30-nc35 range have suggestions?
The thing I always do before I buy something that I can't decide on is... would I buy it if it was in regular black packaging. if so go for it. I think both of those would look very pretty on your skin tone. Especially SaS :)

I just got my black box! I only ordered Aphrodite's Shell online and will be getting the rest on the 22nd. I have to say, it is so gorgeous and actually unique to my collection, so I am happy to have it. I swatched it against a few of my bronzers and as you can see, it does have a hint of rose to it. For reference, I am NC25.

From left to right: Aphrodite's Shell, MAC Nude on Board, MAC Sun Dipped, Nars Laguna, Too Faced Chocolate Soleil and Tarte Park Ave. Princess.

So far, I love what I got. In these pics, I'm wearing Enchanted One and Delphic. I'm hoping that these pics will help some people decide on Delphic, because it's really hard to capture it in hand swatches. I used Worldly Wealth blush (which everybody needs) and a little Magnetic Appeal to highlight. I'm about an NC42 (if MAC made an NC41 that would probably be perfect) and it is subtle, but it shows up. On my hand, it looks like nothing, but on my face, it's definitely there. I'm using it as a contour/blush kinda thing. I love bronzey brown cheeks, so if you're into that, and warm toned, I'd give it a try (Thanks to Mac-Guy for the suggestion). Also, loving Water Deities and Mystical. They're great everyday colors. Don't wanna make this post any longer, but I also bought the Conceal and Correct Palette in Medium Deep. For my WOC dealing with hyper-pigmentation, please give it a try. The Burnt Coral alone is worth the $40, for me.
I'm about ur skin tone at summer I bought enchanted one and I'm waiting for nordies to order Delphic but both look so beautiful you I can't wait to get Delphic even more....so gorgeous Hun

I love succulents. I want a whole garden of them in our back yard.
Growing succulents is my hobby, and has been for over 20 years :) I mostly grow and collect echeveria and aeoniums ---my courtyard is full of them :)
Last year I was robbed though---seriously. They came into the courtyard at night and took all my biggest and rarest specimens---porcelain pots and all! It was a big heist and I was pretty devastated. They also took all of my babies that I had propagated.

I wish we lived closer because I am a succulent fanatic and your back yard looks PERFECT for growing them! Wish I could help you plant a beautiful succulent oasis :)

Oh no! That is terrible. I would die too. We really want more but I am clueless on species and stuff. That is all my husband. He was a biology geek in college and loves plants and insects equally. Plants, we can do but I just go with what I find pretty. Our yard there is pretty small but we try to do cooler stuff with the space. It is around 9000 sq. ft. or so but it is what I wanted there. I wanted all rock, no grass, and a bigger house.

I will tell you that Kelly's blush will barely show up on you unless you apply many layers, which will make it very ashy and powdery. So Sharon's blush will be your best bet if you go with that collection.

I would adopt her too... although everybody knows I am a Crump and Crumps don't like kids.. lol.

that said, I am of the plodding school.. and plodding is the only way one survives sometimes. So dear @smooch3s just plod, and say NO.. hell no. It's far more important to maintain one's sanity than give in to lunacy.

Don't listen to Elegant.. she is nutty most of the time

You need to put this show on the road and make some MAC money! I'll be the manager.

As to my mother situation, I had gotten too old to care, I'm 41, and our relationship had been a financial one on and off for 20 years. if it was just her, I think I could have handled that and even helped. But I won't support her, my 30 y.o. half-sister and her 3 children. I've worked too hard to get where I am today. So after this last encounter, I walked away. I told her I loved her, but I could no longer have a financial relationship with her. My half-sister hid from me in her bedroom and I said I was done and left. Keep in mind, I was so stressed already by what was happening with my husband and that didn't matter to her. Almost losing my husband put things into perspective in my life. I'm happy and my husband is healthy!

oo yay I'm glad i bought delphic because I am def into brown bronzy type of color on my cheeks for sublet shaping or just adding warmth to my face.
Enchanted one looks great on you. i skipped it because I thought it would just look ashy on me but now you're making me reconsider. What color are your natural lips?
and as for burnt coral don't mac sell that separately in a pot i think. I guess i should add that pot to my next order.
My lips are kinda dark pink. My top lip is darker, though. I really do like Enchanted One. I'm usually so anti-pink, but it's nice. Not ashy at all and doesn't need liner.

I didn't realize Burnt Coral came in a pan lol. Wish it came in a pot, because I wouldn't want it to get gross. But since the palette came with NC42, which I use anyway, and NC40, which I can use when I'm pale in the winter, it was worth it for me.
