I ordered another Siren Song & Lorelei.

Did you bu your eyeshadows?

Oh I'm so irritated.  I got my Mac order from last week in.  There was one shadow left when I ordered and I ordered it but it is not in the box or on my invoice.  I guess they dropped it without telling me.  I placed a Nordies order this morning for the rest of the shadows and could have bought that one but I didn't as I assumed I was getting it today.  Now they are all gone.     Now I will have to try to go on launch day to get one shadow.  Uh!   

I called my mac counter (which is inside of a macys) and they said the day the collection releases you can call the store and place a phone order, and they can mail it to you or you can pick it up. Not sure if all stores are doing that but just something to look into

I just got home from what seemed like the longest day at work ever! It's funny how only a few years ago I could pull all-nighters at the clubs/bars and go to work with no problem. Now, waking up for a launch at 3am and then going back to sleep for a few hours wrecks me for the day. This middle age shit sucks! On a happier note, I'm glad I finally completed this collection with backups!! Yay! :yahoo: I hope everyone else was just as lucky!

I know you were up late/early, too. Did you get everything you wanted? I'm also surprised that GOTS is still available at Nordies and Macys. Of course I had to look at what sold out as soon as I got home! LOL

Yeah...got everything I needed.

I decided against b/u..can ya believe it?? I had an epiphany...I will NEVER go through an entire piece of makeup (well, besides the basics)..so I was "kinda" good!

Still contemplating going to the MAC store though...I'm awful.

Well.. I said I was only getting ONE thing. What I failed to mention is that I would get one thing, four times. LOL.

I got Mystical, Silver Sun, Siren Song, and Aphrodite's Shell. Should be getting 1 box tomorrow and 2 on Wednesday.. SMH.

I also was at the mall today for non-makeup related things and stopped by to see what Lorelei looked like.. All I could think was "NEED IT!", Dolly style. I saw swatches posted that made it look really similar to Amber Lights so I thought I would skip but in person it wasn't at all similar! Might have been the lighting in the store.. but yeah. Not even close.
