And I designed how I wanted my dressy to be and tomorrow I will pick out my fabric and pick out my lace exactly how I wanted it. And make my own veil. On other knewwwsssss: I got my refund from the original dressmaker. Now should I still leave an awful review on etsy tho?

I had no idea! She's gorgeous. I actually love when brows are all natural in the middle (err, don't know how to describe it), well as long as it's not a unibrow obviously, lol.

no she refunded you your money in my opinion that kinda takes away your right to complain .. you can say she didn't describe it well but refunded u with no problems i guess

This reminds me of a friend I had in hs. She used to shave her brows completely off and draw them in. One day we were all hanging out and her and the boyfriend when to do their thang and she came back in all sly and tries acting non-chalant like we didn't know what they were doing.

Ish came in with NO brows on...went in the room WITH brows, came out withOUT brows...hmmmm = it was hysterical!

Not awful no ... just tell the truthful story and let ppl know you had an issue. That will speak for itself and warn others what they are getting into.

No she refunded the money cause she made a shitty product. the client was not pleased. the dress looked nothing like the picture.

That's why I'm saying don't write an awful review just write that the item didn't come as was suppose to but the refund was an easy process ( unless she have u a hard time with that )

Not really. She gave me a week of trouble. She even said at some point she would make a second dress (only after saying repeatedly that the initial dress was pretty in her opinion). Like after this is all over I'm posting a picture of both dresses so you guys see what one thing was not at all like the other. I had to get paypal involved and file a case because not only did she wait until she was supposed to mail the dress to send me pictures (she would ignore my requests for updates) but she waited til the night before shipping it to say there was no lace because it "sold out" so she only put beading with no lace on it. Lol. I only got my refund after filing a case w paypal.

i would say be tactful, but do address that you had a problem.

say something along the lines of
unhappy with dress, not as pictured. seller was easy to deal with and gave a full refund.


it is important to make sure that other buyers know whats up!

I only say don't go ranting and raving because in my personal experience whenever I read rant reviews I don't take them as serious. To me they feel like someone with a grudge instead of an honest calm negative review.

I agree @makeupqueen4 I do the same. So im not thinking of completely blasting it. But I will say that the dressmaker did not make the dress exactly as pictured. Waited until last minute to let me know she didn't have all the materials and ignored my request for a refund until paypal was involved.

I'm glad everything is falling in place regarding the dress. But sad the coon costume won't happen, lol.
