Oh wow, yes, that's what mine was like, too. Seems like they're hit and miss then.
I recently got the clear one from Estee Lauder and like it a lot. It's pretty sticky though, which makes my lipstick last longer than anything else I've tried, but feels a little weird at the same time.

My MAC are the same way @Naynadine they are very dry and tug to put on. I have to warm them up on the back of my hand first but once I do that they have good pigmentation.
Does the sticky feeling of the EL go away after a bit or remains the whole time? i was looking at that their clear one

These are my exact feelings about DG too.
Ok! So I work up this morning and I have decided that I am living in makeup denial land if I think that I can get dodgy girl to work on me also. or that I will ever wear it. I have up the amp and other purply lipsticks. If it wasn't a matte finish I would get it but I just know it won't work. unless i get super wowed by more swatches. But T's and K's are stearing me in the other direction. I will just live vicariously through the pale skinned girls seeing them wear DG and RH. Or if you have Lavender HairNow I am only getting 3 things: KYY, Bijou, and Cheeky Buggar.

It looks like I'm on the rice and noodle diet for June. Playland is in store 5th June, and I want quite a few things from that collection
The sticky feeling remains unfortunately :/

that stinks. I do like Dior l/l and Chanel has really good ones too but funny thing is I use my NYX ones more. Do you have a place that sells them near you? i'd give them a try.

frankly I think these shades are not for me.. I just looked at a Revlon nude matte.. and for the life of me, it looks quite similar. I mean, HOW MANY does it take to find a "perfect" anyting? just more clutter for me with these lippies.

Playland looks amazing. And with this collection coming out around the same time, I'm gonna have a really skint June. Luckily I should be spending £110 max on both collection. But... I can't wait
