However, I could tell she just didn't know how to work with certain products. It seems like she likes bolder/louder makeup.
I didn't like the video though. Nothing against her, but I'm really impatient with YT videos. Stop with all the extra jibber jabber and just show the product and swatch....

I also agree with Syd Vicious. Sheer doesn't mean bad. It means sheer, buildable, a light application. That's why I don't think she knows how to use them. TO me, the first blush she swatched looked gorgeous on her. I was never a fan of frost until... was it cozy up that came out with apres chic? She swatched it on her hand but not on her... You have to try. You never know what is going to work.
there are a bunch of things that are WOC friendly...in my opinion anyway. swatches on the hand don't really tell the full story, or in some cases any story at all...especially when i look at my hands -- they are way darker and even a different undertone than my face!

for me this collection brings to mind bombshell kind of beauty...whatever the skin tone...diffused and smouldering, not so much the bold graphic looks or all-natural kinda looks some people might be looking for.

i picked up A LOT of things from this collection, and if anything sticks around in the stores, i'm sure to pick up more pieces. then i'll go hide in my sea cave till september.

i have had that experience as well, though when i went again to get colour matched, my skin tone was different again and back to NC, albeit lighter. my skin seems to shift in lightness/darkness as well as from the NCs to the NWs...sometimes it's just a matter of the formula.

Nordies sent the wrong blush. This is what happened last time with proenza. I ordered seduced at see and got sea me hear me. I don't need both, as they look similar. I liked the other better, but not enough to justify so annoying.

I just ordered it from Nordies. It was the last lippie they had online. So, now I just want Silver Sun. And I am SO out of money! No more collection shopping until Moody Blooms.
