I intend to use my Heirloom eye kohl from the Reel Sexy collection ("[COLOR=333333]metallic greyed lavender[/COLOR]") to blue it up a bit... yeah, probably not truly lip safe, but i won't be using it daily. Dammit, Janet... err... MAC, make a true blue violet lipstick for us!!! And as someone else said -- i am so lost in all these posts, i apologize in advance for forgetting who -- MAC needs a color like this (or Lavender Whip or Quite Cute or Fashion Mews or Blooming Lovely or Viva Glam Nicki 2 or...) in its permanent line. I mean, if Lime Crime and Kaoir and Melt and i don't remember who all else have a color like this, why not MAC?

DG is different from all of those this is matte and a true lavender lipstick! don't fall off!

This is a true lavender and I think it will look marvelous on everyone.

Who knows when it will come around again. And besides, it's much more fun to have a bunch of almost-the-same colors in different packaging than it is to just have backups.
