LOL I need somebody to do stuff like that for me! I'm extremely shy, and it doesn't help that I'm almost 28 but if you went by my voice, you would assume that I was somewhere around 12. It's usually pretty hard to get anybody to take me seriously, and I've had people hang up on me, thinking I was a kid playing around.

Just got off the phone with Mac again & was told they will be sending me the correct lipglass on Monday with overnight shipping. I also get to keep the one I already have! I was told that everyone that had a messed up order will be getting theirs too! So I'm glad Mac is trying to fix it & in a timely fashion!!

Yup was told the same and was told to keep my wrong one as a courtesy to forgive them yayyyyyyy I'm excited. Now I just need peach beige and I'll be good

That's great! When I called earlier they told me to keep the one I received and they would ship the correct one. Glad to hear they will be shipping earlier than they originally said.

Ahh, you can do it! It really shouldn't matter to MAC what your voice sounds like. They are probably inundated with emails. If you call, I'm sure they will be very nice to you

This sucks for everyone with the glosses but I'm glad MAC is fixing it. Honestly I think they noticed before people received the mix up because the glosses went to coming soon before sold out but maybe they had already shipped out some of them. Hopefully it's not as widespread an issue as the Proenza problem. And @Mac-Guy are you psychic or something? haha.

So just opened my boxes I LOVE everything. True red with gold mirror on top is love. Also tried on my moms roxo and now I want it....... Oops so much for being good. The quad is beautiful. And finally the blush..... Omg love it so smooth and very pigmented on my nc30 skin. Successful haul lol now for osbournes

Because of Im so curious, I just got off the phone with Mac and they told me that they are still updating the issue and that I wont be getting a call until later next week. When I first called they told me Tuesday. Eventhough I am in love with the wrong one, I still want the gold one which is what I ordered...grrrrr.

L to R: Top color, Bottom Color, All together. The bush is amazing. I had no problems with it. Thank You Liba for your review! You were so right about this blush. Btw, I had no need to scrape of the top layer. It's smooth and very pigmented. So happy I got it .

Here are more pics of the blush. It is gorgeous! I love the packaging and had no problems with the pigmentation, no scraping necessary. I think @liba is right about the top part being better as a beauty powder for some people, it buffed out pretty sheer. I had to layer it quite a bit to get this swatch but it went on easy. It sucks that the bloggers got duds but thats probably also why it has stuck around. I picked up Ruby and Roxo as well and was going to wait to try them because I'm sick but I couldn't resist Roxo. I was terrified it was going to be super brown after all the talk on here but it was really nice, a little brown but not overwhelming. I did try it after with Cherry l/l underneath and it brightened just a smidge and I loved it like that as well, still vampy but not as dark.

Just got my black box. Just like everyone else - lipglasses are switched. Each one is labeled incorrectly and in the wrong box. I was supposed to get 2 mirror and 1 gold mirror. Now I have 1 mirror and 2 gold mirror. Called Mac and was told that I should be receiving a call from management by Weds. of next week.

I plan on calling back in a couple of days to complain again if I haven't heard anything or received a replacement. What a pain.

On a happier note everything else, including the blush, looks great!

Im so happy to read good things about the blush! It seems like T is always having issues with products being .... DRY... CHALKY.... Etc. but I think its her. I have never had issues with any of the products she complains about. Just sayin
