I'm here! I was catching up on my sleep from the stalking, but I'm back now. Just caught up on another 35+ pages! :nods: Yay! A newbie who knows how the system works! WELCOME!!! MAC chat doesn't know shit! :nope: Any MAC foundation is fine except Studio Fix. SPF has nothing to do with flashback. It's actually the size of the titanium dioxide (tho sometimes used for SPF) particles that cause the flashback. I use both SFF and MM in my kits and have never experienced flashback. But to be safe with any foundation that you use, always set it with a flesh coloured face powder, but DON'T use Studio Fix. Use MSFN, Careblend, Select Sheer, etc. and don't use the white/translucent HD powders either. Those are notorious for flashback as well. Mind you, this all applies to flash photography. Not true. It's not. Calling is almost always better than emailing. Especially when dealing with refunds. This was asked and answered a couple times already. Online and over the phone are separate with regards to inventory/release times. And just cuz one can order online doesn't mean it's officially released. Do we need some snark? I'm locked and loaded! :werd: Some people just need their hands held in everything they do apparently. You and your notes woman! I'm here now! LOVE!!! I'd do a nude eye/thick winged liner with DG (with a slightly darker liner for some definition) or other purple like heroine or PH (if you buy it), or do a blue-based purpley smokey eye with a very soft application of DG so that it's very nude. :lmao:
I've never worn spf and been able to avoid flashback, and if it is evening photography, forget it! That is just my personal experience. Yes, using a flesh toned powder helps, and never a pure silica powder, but I still look like a ghost if I use spf even when it is a low as spf 15.

Hey everyone! Short term lurker and huge fan of specktra and all the great info you gals put up! I'm an nc25 and got my hands on Kelly's quad and msf (couldn't resist, msf whore over here). And after AA, I said I'm done until my birthday.... in October whoops! ;) Sad that when I got my confirmation email that kyy wasn't in my order, damn waited too long debating on how to pay, like 1 minute! Lol! Now I kind of want all the lippys except rh, anything orangish is awful on my skin. Now the long wait starts...... can't wait for pics of everyone's hauls!

All my liquids (foundations, TMs, concealers and moisturizers have SPF and i haven't once experienced flashback, so :dunno: And I'm not talking about use on myself. I'm talking use on clients, no matter the occasion or time of day. And i use SPF 15-30 on everyone. In almost 10years there's not one person that i haven't used a product with SPF on.

Why thank you! :curtsy:

Those who were unable to stalk, or woke up too late, we need to get together and strategically plan the upcoming online releases. There are five. nordstroms release we already know the info, now we have to find the other for release dates at least. Who is with me in stalking?
I like your way of thinking !!
