Called CS again - My order just shipped
but its showing pending in my account.
CS said she was going to put NOTES IN MY ACCOUNT
I actually laughed out loud on the phone when she said it. The notes are for free overnight shipping on my next order

MAC CS lied again (shocking, lol). I don't know why they keep lying. Do they think we can't handle the truth, geez. what kind of calls do they get lol
The CS lady I spoke with yesterday said my order shipped overnight because they were able to get the upgrade. She said I will be getting it Tuesday (today). I didn't ask for a tracking as mine usually arrives late in the night when i do overnight ships. Today i called to get the tracking number because i didn't want lipsticks sitting in 90 degree weather and the CS today said that my order never shipped it's coming standard and is still in the warehouse. i'm not complaining that it's coming standard, that's ok... it's just every time i call i get fabricated or misleading info. every time. it's frustrating. why would she say it shipped!!

yeah i originally put overnight (paid) but MAC site had an expired card and when i rushed to fix it I forgot to add the overnight fee. it's ok. happy they are coming either way.

@Dolly Snow so sorry to read about what you are going through. I have jumped over at least 50 pages in the past 2 days so i'm only reading old quotes. be strong. I'm sure your grandma would be very proud to know how well you are handling everything and that's all that matters.

I'm feeling a bit antsy because I placed my order at 7:06 am est and it's still pending status. I also ordered one of the lip glasses and am concerned I'll get the wrong one. Was the pink one "Bijou"? Thankfully they're both still in stock.

Oh no, I hope they get it figured out. They messed up on AA for me now I'm so paranoid.
I called CS about my order that's showing pending. She said it has been shipped and gave me a tracking number. She also said that the system just hasn't updated yet. I asked her how long would standard take to get to Alabama, and since they are located in Kentucky, it should arrive by Wednesday or Thursday!!
