Reading this just affirmed my suspicions. Just as you stated, I was thinking that Sharon's line was more WOC friendly. The lippies in Kelly's line are so pretty but will not work right out of the tube for many WOC. I saw a pic of a woman around NC50 with Bijou on and ....... it was NICCCEEEE!! I am hesitant at the price tag of French Kiss but I'll give that a try. Thank you soooo much for this review. It was just as helpful as looking at swatches.

Aww, it's not all that laid back for me, I'm afraid! I definitely do have skin imperfections (wrinkles, huge pores on my nose, rosacea on my cheeks, dark circles under my eyes). I try to cover it all as best as I can with makeup and take my pictures in flattering lighting. Trust me... if I stepped into some different lighting and tilted my head a little differently, you all would be like, "Who the heck is that??"

One of these days I will get up the courage to post a makeup free picture to disillusion you all!

I never wear Nicki 2 really.. Its so pretty but for me it is too light, bright, and pastel for me to wear by itself without a liner to tone it down.. I think DG is so much more wearable for me
