Fill me in on what happened with the RiRi collection! It must have been a horrible experience

Anything bad that can happen, did!

But no allergic quality? I almost felt like my lips were starting to puff up a little, like something out of the Plushglass zone. Also, have you already experimented with primers and pencils underneath and if so, did it help? When I tried everything out over the weekend, I was pretty swamped, so I didn't do my usual chit chat, but honestly, I sort of felt like maybe I shouldn't even mention these lipsticks and what was up with that formula, in the first place. I honestly am keeping my fingers crossed that people don't have the sort of bad reaction I did with them, because whatever's in that formula sure as heck makes them look great….it's just super harsh as all get out on the lips.

I don't think anyone has experimented cuz they weren't anticipating the 2-day staining. But no other puffy lips yet aside from you. Yet.

Yes, I talked about this earlier. KYY stains more than any other lipstick I have ever owned. It leaves a beautiful, even color behind on me, but I might as well not even think about trying to remove it because it is impossible.

My KYY hasn't arrived yet but I will prepare myself for the stain lol---do you own Glam? That one stains like nobody's business too! I wore it last night and well let's just say that I'm still wearing it!

How awesome is that! And PB even! You rock! I truly hope that she does wear it on air---that is one exceptional lipstick! I know that I would have LOVED for someone to send amazing makeup my way when I got married. A wonderful gift! :haha: My hubby always makes the joke when I give a lipstick away that "the first one is free" LOL. Then he makes some joke about how it's like crack. Super funny actually. And he's amazingly supportive of my addiction, oops I mean "hobby". LOL

I figured a person can only do so much with 500 corningware pieces and decorative dish towels! Hahaha first one is free! Love it Plus, wedding gifts are for my girlfriends, the gift for their new husbands is they get to marry such awesome ladies

I wore my Sharon items today. Well some of them. I decided to go with Peaches and Cream. I wasn't sure if I should even try it because it looked so ho hum in the pan. Well, I wore it and liked it a lot. I was going to put Scene to Be Seen MSF to highlight because I've been pairing all my pink blushes with that highlighter. I don't know why but I guess it was one of the last ones I bought and I seem to forget everything else when I buy a new highlighter. Oh and if it is peachy or any other one I go with Perfectly Poised. These 2 were from the Holiday Collection. Anyway, I thought I should try something else. I debated between Lust and Light Year. Light Year was my most used MSF from Heavenly Creatures. Lust I wore a lot last summer but for some reason I couldn't for the life of me remember what it looked like on the skin. Well Lust won out. Wow! I love Peaches and Cream now. I loved these two together. Needless to say, I will be keeping Peaches and Cream.

Also wore Ruby, my first Patent Polish. I really like this one. These Patent Polishes look like they would be very nice for summer. I really want to get the caramel one now. I don't remember the name but it didn't look like much in swatches. I'm hoping it will look better in person. I will try it in store. I went simple on the eyes - just Avenue fluidline. They need to bring this one back. I don't have much.

So happy to read this my dear! LOVE Patentpolish lippies!!! Ooh, & you love Peaches & Cream - I bet it looks very pretty on you. I can't wait to get my box tomorrow.

Not that I'm entirely against puffed up lips, lol. I just want to expect it in advance, like I do with Plushglass.

Hopefully it was mostly due to the fact it was "that time 'o the month" that I was so sensitive, because I really love the glow from within thing these lipsticks have and it's definitely something MAC will be using more going forward - the Moody Blooms bright Sheen Supremes have this same thing too, but no unmanageable stain from hell, due to the rest of the formula (they have nice, decorous stains instead).

I got my stuff about an hour ago and played with it a little bit. I love both the blushes and both lip pencils. I just did quick swatches on my hand/arm. I'm wearing a coral top so decide to try out RH. RH is a HELL NOOOO on me by its self. I put Buxom lip gloss in Rebecca over it and that was MUCH better. Next time I will try In Synch with it. I haven't had a chance to try DG yet.

You will love the lip stain.
I have wiped my lips and washed them, I even exfoliated them and guess what still hella bright pink from KYY lol

@liba or anyone else that wants to avoid the stain, try UD Ozone pencil. I swear by it for staining and bleeding prevention.

You're making me want to stalk for cranberry lol I thought I had all I wanted. Beautiful. How do you feel about rh and sp?

Get Cranberry!! I really don't like them alone to be honest. I guess I should've known better. They will require work for WOC. I do like Strip Poker with a liner and Water Deites from Alluring Aquatic. I'll try more combos later. Riot House is just a no for me right now. Reminded be of some of the All About Orange lipsticks. Oh well. I'll just pair it with Ablaze lip pencil and maybe coral lip liners. Pretty much anything to darken it, ya know?

Everything looks great on you! I think Cranberry and Peaches & Cream are absolutely lovely on your skin tone.

See, the stain is just insane!!  It is so beautiful, though, and it stains quite evenly.  The shade it left your lips is actually really stunning on you.
