Use the edge of a MAC metal spatula or a baby spoon. Ok, any spoon I suppose and it just takes a tiny bit of scraping to get that layer off. If you do not remove it you will get NO color payoff. Scrape it lightly like you are peeling the bad part off until it looks like normal powder. That portion got wet and is pretty much dead. Remember, no finger swatches on powder and use a clean dry brush always.Ok so i just tried the clean and dry brush, it worked pretty well, actually kinda intense when layered (whoo!) but THAT HARD LAYER..... How do you "scrape" a product, I don't wanna waste it, it's so gorgeous!
It is close to AS but there is a different effect from both.
