indeed, but I'm going to the one annoying them tomorrow morning to get my funds released, I told the very sweet Nordstrom CS agent, I was not happy, I thought I had my order secure, even paid for 2 day shipping I wanted it so bad

... so I get 1 canceled order and then I get a second notice telling me my samples are going to be 2 days shipped! WTF!? so I called and as I said she was so sweet, she helped me cancel and told me to call in the next order [they can check inventory in real time] and I would get free overnight shipping.. that's all very nice but I still have round up the supervisors to conference call to get my money free of nordies grip..

Jealous! I've never been to FOB concert, I've seen Justin's show twice and I wanna go back for more! It was THAT good!! 

I hear he is amazing in person. I'd love to see him live, even you say he was that good live. FOB were very visually pleasing lol and they do a few switch ups and if you are lucky you catch it at the right time and you can touch one of the members lmao I did. It was just loads of fun and before Pete thought he was the shit.

called for my sister.. they didn't say it's fine. they said that it's not official until it is boxed to ship and you are charged fully. she said the money in the account is just pending for now. she also said that with launches they go in order so it takes some time and you can get a cancellation up to 3 days after. her order was 2:31 PST

i don't buy from them because of this. they screwed me once during heavenly creatures. got a cancellation 2 days after which was after store launch so i missed out. ended up finding the product on a restock but never bought from them after that. (for MAC launches) they are awesome for everything else. i just dont think they can handle the launches
