I used the green glam glow PowerMud again last night and I am so IN LOVE with it. My face felt so smooth and moisturized after, not tight at all. I experience some tightness with the white one but that is too be expected since it is a clearing one. Powermud is slowly making its way to be my new favorite glam glow mask! I truly think they are worth the price.
So glad to hear this because I really want to try it.

I bought mine the day they came in the store this time, and it was the second to last on display. So happy.

All I have from Glam Glow is a sample of the eye treatment. Anyone use that yet?

I have a sample packet, too, but I don't know that I'll ever use it after reading Paula's Choice's review:

Quote: The Bottom Line: Brightmud lacks ingredients proven in published research to eliminate puffiness, dark circles or signs of aging around the eye area, and the tightening sensation is purely the result of allowing its hairspray-like film formers to dry on skin. If that weren’t enough to make you think twice, this eye mask carries the warning of not allowing it to fully dry on skin (you are supposed to wash it off immediately if that occurs). Rather than waste your money on this potentially irritating product, you can accomplish a similar result by experimenting with a highlighter and concealer around the undereye area—and for serious puffiness related to aging (not allergies, for example) cosmetic surgery is the only solution.
Pros:
  • None. Well, the claims made us laugh a bit.
I definitely lol'd at the "None." They hate Glam Glow over there!

I have used it several times! I love it. It is very pricey, but it is definitely on of those items that I have in my skin care arsenal for when I need a quick fix. I don't feel like the long term results are really there, however this treatment can make a huge difference when you have those days where you wake up with bags under your eyes, from stress, lack of sleep, etc. it works wonders, very quickly for that. For long term, I'd go with a serum paired with a good eye cream. Also, one pod will do the work for both eyes. With the one sample, you can get two treatments out of it. There is more than enough in each pod for both eyes. :D

Try it! I have tried all of the Glamglow line and it is all very good. I mentioned in my previous post about the eye treatment being a quick fix... Same goes for the rest of the line. I don't know how I feel about the long term results, but each product makes a very big difference immediately after using. With the masks, do them at night before bed, wash them off, moisturize. You will find even more radiance, and great results by the time you wake up the next morning.

So I woke up this morning with a rash that looks like a chemical burn. I used the green Glam glow and a sample of the murad acne treatment. Not sure what did it...thinking it was the murad, but just a heads up.
Murad!! I guarantee it! had the same reaction after using their products! I hate Murad.

Thanks @JustNatalie ! How long did it take for the burns to go down? Mine aren't too bad, but I don't want to put makeup on my skin right now to risk further irritation.

Anyone pick up the They're Real eyeliner? I'm debating it...

I got the ABH Contour Palette but I think I'm returning it-- I don't see the use for that many different shades. May pick up NARS or MAC contour products instead..

I got it in gratis.... it's a challenge to use that liner, let me tell you. Only get it if you have patience to learn :/

I love my ABH palette, the highlight is awesome, the white shade to clean up and the yellow to set my concealer. The other shades, i use the cooler toned one to contour and the other two I mix sometimes to warm up the face. It's hard to find a bronzer with no shimmer that is cooler toned, I love them so much.

Oh I know what you mean, I definitely don't need the ABH palette, I normally contour with Casino, or Chocolate Soleil by too faced, and warm up the contour with a little of park ave princess by Tarte. I definitely have to many bronzers and highlighters lol, but Idk why I love the palette. I probably use it like 1/5 times I contour but I still love it...

That gel liner by UD is awesome, I love it, I use it with a makeup geek angled brush, or a brush by Julep. It's much more creamy than the benefit one and easier to use with a brush. The benefit one can use some improvement in the formula :/

Makeup geek is amazing, I am obsessed with her eye shadows! My favorite of all times is Cupcake, beautiful cooler toned pink for a transition shade.. omg to die for.
Her angled liner brush, and her small crease brush, and also her pencil brush, good stuff!
Definitely try them out, her pigments are amazing as well. I have a few of them, if you want some swatches let me know.
Stupid stila foil shadows, I hate them. They look beautiful on and 5 minutes later they will crease :( and they are SO expensive.. oh hell no. Ask for a sample at sephora lol don't buy those.

Yeah, I got it in gratis too. It is very difficult to use. When the Benefit Brand Rep trained us on using it, we all discovered that there is definitely a learning curve. You have to get the right amount of product, with the right amount of pressure, and accuracy... The first time I tried it, it looked like a 5 year old Drew my liner on! lol. But if you are willing to master it, eventually it becomes much easier. The liner is a great gel product and it stays on smudge free forever! I love my ABH contour kit. I am excited that I have that many colors to work with. Bronzing, highlighting, contouring, setting, everything will be much easier. And I can mix colors to get the right color for whatever it is I am doing.

It took about 4-5 days if I can remember well. I just slathered my face in moisturizer and used bb creme in lieu of foundation during the day. When the burns went down, I also used an overnight moisture mask to surge back since Murad took it all away! Good luck & I don't know if this helps of not, but even after I broke out in burns from Murad - I tried a diff product at a later date because I got it in my gratis - and it did the same thing! So I would stay away from that brand because chances are, it will happen again. :(

I mean.. at first I thought it was just me... that couldn't handle it.
But at the Sephora I work at, 1 girl is the only one that loves it that's been using it since we got it, and it looks great on her. The rest of us either threw it away or gave it away because we don't get it lol. I have to admit after some practice I have been getting used to it, especially if you try to use the tip of it, and work fast, but obviously you don't want to practice when you NEED to get your make up done to go anywhere. So practice on your free time :/ Also I hate their makeup remover, ew got it in my eye and I had a white film of gunk stuck in there. It's not hard to remove at all, I guess people aren't used to true waterproof, but my neutrogena makeup removing wipes took it off in no time, sensa eyes by MUFE and my mac wipes all take it off no problem.
