MAC Early Buzz - News for Upcoming Collections in 2014

yeah i would definitely prefer to have a replacement rather than a refund and be left with a smashed up powder! & that is so strange. i knew TA would have at least some orange in it from blogger swatches but i was really surprised and disappointed at how orange it pulled on me. maybe it's because i'm so pasty white! no idea, but either way i'm glad BK lived up to my expectations

Girl I'm pasty white too :haha: I think it's the differing lip pigmentations.

pale twins! are your lips really pigmented? mine are. sometimes it's nice, but it's very annoying today since romantic breakdown doesn't show up on me as much as i was hoping it would!

TA is exactly the same on me. I was so excited for it to be a nice coral from blogger swatches and swatches here but it turned out basically orange on me. And an unflattering orange at that. Thanks for your swatch of BK! It looks great on you so it's giving me hope that should I ever get my hands on it, it will look good.

Haha I know, I actually just dug it out to try again and yep its still unflattering on me. Did you try the beauty powder on your skin yet? I'd love to see it on a fellow pale girl, it looks so pretty but also like it might be too orange for my skin.

no i haven't, i just got it this afternoon and by the time i got home my makeup was a mess after 8+ hours of having it on. i'll probably try it tomorrow and as long as i don't look too bad i'll post a pic here. i don't think it would be orange at all, it's actually pretty pink on my hand
